Thanks… despite having a background in selling audio and then being a dj for the last 10 years…. Somehow I’ve never heard of these… I have 4 Qsc’s K2 and a powered Qsc sub…. However I wanted to add some more speakers because I have a business and l want more options… so now that these are on my radar I have to give them a listen… because they look great! I love that “concert” type look they have. Honestly I’d purchase them for that alone!😁
Thanks for your watching and your feedback. Much appreciated. They are not going sound even close to your QSC’s sound quality wise but are a good options for other gig types . ProReck just released the ProReck 6000 concert set . I don’t have them yet but they are supposed to be there most professional system.
Sub is 98lbs and arrays are 50 pounds. Kinda heavier and not as portable as ProReck other systems I’ve reviewed . Interesting thou . Thanks again.

Hey DJ Martini. Do you know anything about the new Club 6000 system? It comes with 6" speakers as well but I am not sure if they are the same as the speakers used in the 4000.
I am trying to decide between the 6000 and AEF systems for a medium sized pop/rock band.
The 6000 is similar to the 4000 but does have the extra subwoofer. The AEF is more portable but the 6000 would cover more a lot more . Thanks .

When deejaying do you keep the equalizers on thus at 0? And control the bass, mid, tree from the controller/mixer?

Hello and thanks for you videos on the ProReck systems. I’m interested in purchasing the 8000 But considering the AEF just for house parties and small outdoor activities. I think the 8000 would Just be overkill. But I kinda like overkill LoL!. Wondering if you have a ProReck 8000 video review in the works? I really don’t see many Videos online of the 8000!.
Hello , thanks for watching and your question. I don’t have a ProReck 8000 video in the works . The ProReck 4000 is very similar to the 8000 . But the 8000 has 2 / 18inch subwoofers one passive and one powered. It also has a extra set of 6 inch arrays added . So 6 / 6 inch speakers instead of 4. So the 8000 definitely will have more sound , low end, and treble high range . The AEF is more portable and a lighter system.. it is great for pool parties and back yard events. My thoughts.. thanks. Definitely will be your personal preference on what good for you .. but the 8000 might be much for small venues and more work (portability wise) thanks

How would the 4000s do outside. I do car shows and cheer leading shows I need tops that will push 30 to 50 feet. Doesn't have to sound the best quality wise. Subs will be folded long throw woofers. Front loaded subs don't throw far enough.
Thanks for watching and your question . I believe it would by enough for your request. Also check out the ProReck 8000 . The Sub is front loaded thou. If you placed the arrays on a stage/up high …they should reach your crowd. My opinion. Outside the ProReck would work but a couple 15 inch cabinet speakers might be a easier solution.

Thanks for watching and your question. My opinion .. I don’t believe companies wattage claims more of a guideline.. but the venue is a nice systems. Great build , great sound, and would have great building coverage. Would Require a little assembly / installation on the arrays but overall. I like it .

Purchased the Proreck 4000 and everything i read is that it is 4000W but can tell you i dont get much more than 500 + watts connected to a computer. Is this a true 4000 watts system if so any suggestions. Thanks
I have never believed it was a 4000 watt system and I don’t believe most companies max watt they post on the box .. Also the ProReck company doesn’t post rms wattage.. ?
I believe you nailed . “Good information on the tests ”…. My opinion was it a approximate 500 watt rms system total . 300 watts for the subs and 200 watts arrays . Thanks.
I have a 2 part question. First. I bought a a 3200 club and I wanted more so I bought a pr 18 but I don’t know how to hook the two up together. I watched one of your videos. But it was not my set-up. Can you put a video out on how to hook the club 3200 with the PR18. Also I’m worried the club 3200 arrays will not keep up with the pr18 and the 12”subs. How can I buy just the arrays from the 3000?
Hello ..Yes, Occasionally the 3000 Arrays are for sale separately. I have links on my ProReck 3200 review video for each item .. can’t find new links . Then the 3200 subwoofers has RCA monitor output and PR18 has RCA inputs … so a simple RCA cable will work perfectly and is the easiest method compared to special RCA to XLR cable which would also work .

Would the Club 3000 speakers be good enough for a crowd of 150-175 at a banquet hall.. and what subs would u recommend for them?

Hello , thanks for watching and your question. I have All items in separate videos. The Club 3000 arrays and 3200 sub which make up the AEF . I Also have an older connection / hook video .. regarding hooking up other powered speakers. Any powered speaker or sub can be hooked up to the AEF sub via RCA monitor output. (just need the correct RCA cable for your application).

I wonder if there's a way to be able to configure 1/4000 and 2/3000's on each side. Seems like it would make for a larger and fuller sound having both 4" & 6" speakers on each side. Just a thought. It sounded pretty good when you had both going at the same time.
Thanks for watching and your question. Yes , it’s possible. Easy Method would be using RCA jacks into 3000 sub input first . Then the 3000 only has RCA outs from the sub . So RCA cable to the 4000 sub in a daisy chain method. Could connect as many systems as you want together …. Must use at least ProReck amp subwoofer to connect to the arrays unless using a outside or another amplifier for the other arrays. They also make XLR to RCA if want to use XLR. Thanks.

Hello , thanks for watching and your question. I normally use the AEF club for around 100-150 people. If you can get the arrays higher above your crowd it might work but will cut it close. If you use the AEF let me know how it works for you.

I'm thinking about two 4000's with 4 added 12'' powered tops for a 300-500 person club for my house Rock Band, what would you say.

Thanks for watching and your thoughts. I have not tested side by side with other brands but I have heard all those other brands. They are all much more expensive but do have better sound clarity. But speaker cost as much as one ProReck System. ProReck is a great value for the price and equipment you receive. It’s a great way to start for beginners if you can’t afford EV , RCF or DAS. My thoughts.

Yes , Very similar but you get extra arrays & poles with two Club 4000 systems and two powered subwoofers . The club 8000 has one extra row of arrays and one power subwoofer and one passive subwoofer. Both systems have a 18 inch sized subwoofer .

Can you add an extra array to any system?
You can add extra systems to more arrays but I would not recommend adding extra arrays to over load your amp. You can link systems for more. Thanks .

Hello , thanks for your watch and feedback. I have used EV30&50s which are great but are $3000 dollars for 2 units . Not budget friendly for a beginner. The ProReck system is a value for the money . It is not the quality as some name brands in my opinion . But it is a good value for a starter system, starter dj , and has decent sound … my opinion . I also don’t believe the watts listed by ProReck but the units have decent quality. Opinions will vary . If your using or can afford EV or RCF systems .. no reason to buy these valued systems… Bottom line I just appreciate the value , accessories you get (all in one nature) and the acceptable sound quality for the price. Adding an extra subwoofer to the mix is easy and the ProReck systems have outputs to add other brand powered subwoofers . But using ProReck array speakers on their own would require a separate amplifier to power them if not using the ProReck subwoofers . Agreed, QSC does make great subwoofers too and they have plenty of low end !

That will save you a lot of time during editing and cut the fat in advance and improve your videos big time! Nowadays people have a very short attention span due to information overload!
