Hello Nicole. Wonderful workout as always. However I miss your 1 hour workouts. It would be fantastic 1hour of barre workout, 1hour for intermediate/advanced Pilate or longer workouts for lower body (30 minutes for example). These are my suggestions đ.

I took the cardio low impact option at half time because any sudden movements can wreak havoc with my feet. Even subbed big arm and leg movements lying on my bak by the end. Anyway you can do it, it feels great to get the heart rate up.
It's not just me, my mom began working out with you following the first lockdown and she's in such shape now that I have to compete with her!
As someone who has two degrees in physical education and a former track athlete, I always appreciate well-thought and thorough workouts based on exercise science!

I have to make some modifications on the calendar workouts according to my energy levels. This week I felt sick, but I was aiming to exercise to increase my energy đ
