    WOW! Wang Liqin and Kreanga are in better shape than ever! Really impressive. Lookout London 2012!!!!!!! Btw, when did they start playing to 21 again? And... their serves are illegal. 21.1 JIGGLEWATTS, MARTY!!!!!!!

    Thank you for a video a lot!!!
    Kreaga of old time was f**king amazing and crazy and Wang Liquin should eat more at that time lol

    this is probably at least 10 yrs old video, fascinating though. much better compared to today's ECL. Saw Ma Wenge in Kreanga's team in the end and Wang Liqin was coached by Pearsson, how interesting! Back then, top chinese players played in ECL and only 2nd-tier chinese players are playing in Europe.

    2:16: Big sportsmanship from Wang! Really good point, he can be proud.
    Kreanga deserved the victory, no doubt he played with so much pressure and his backhand is great:)

      It´s just a different culture. In China and Japan, you dont apologise for net and edge points. In other cultures you apologise when the opponent makes a servicemistake. It´s not a rule, just cultural difference. ;)
      Well.... I never understood why you have to apologise for lucky points. Maybe respect. . . .?

      in my opinion there are some nets that actually give you advantage. That one is one of those. Because if your see the ball bounces too high and Kreanga tries to finish the point.

  • @Tobiasdaneels
    @Tobiasdaneels Před 12 lety

    Clearly shows Wang's biggest problem at the beginning of his career, the mental part. Kreanga was better then I have ever seen him play. The speed glue did wonders for his backhand... I love the commentary as well, with defensive genius Mattew Syed as co host!

    • @dickn.ormous1064
      @dickn.ormous1064 Před 3 lety

      What mental part?Wang was one of the mentally strongest players ever.it's just that he sucked in the serve/return game and his backhand was vulnerable against backhand dominant players.
      Now if you combine those two:the serve game and a strong BH you get Wang Hao who absolutely owned him and Schlager who beat him in his absolute prime.
