I'm battling Porn addiction. I got a calendar on my phone and put as a task to not watch porn and drink coffee as well. Everyday it reminds me of what I don't want to do. I'm doing my darnest to break this curse. After porn at night, I have wicked perverse dreams and it is vexing my soul continually throughout my day. Satanic thoughts run through my mind and I have to actively rebuke the thoughts and cast them down. Drugs, Alcohol and Porn are my vices, so I named my CZcams channel NoDAP to remember to hold myself accountable. I hope the calendar as a reminder helps you. P.S. erased the previous day that you achieved your goal and had success not drinking. When you realized how far you have came, looking back at your successful days will help build strength and encouragement for yourself. May God keep you and continually be a Help to you because he loves you and your success is important to him.

@dominic, it’s says in the Bible You must repent. And stop sinning. And ask Jesus to Come into your life, he will send the Holy Spirit to guide you, and lead you in the path to righteousness. Read Your Holy Bible. 🙏🏽
