hey thanks man, i got this puzzle so many years ago and had solved it, I found it recently and it wasn't solved and i couldn't remember how so thank you for reminding me.
Incredible I had to watch the video several times I didn't understand at first but after a while I realized 🤣
This one looks really easy but it actually took me some time to get (a few hours of practice) very frustrating though..
It doesn't look easy for me. In fact it is in top 10 hardest Hanayama puzzles.
how do you rotate the 2nd ring? the pin stops it from rotating

Cast Vortex was the most difficult for me. Equa is in top 5 most difficult Hanayama puzzles.

You are right. All the moves have to be very precise, otherwise you have no chance to solve them.

Thanks I done it in the end anyways ...feel like a loser for cheating but I usually like to master the puzzles so I can easily do it ...this one can fuck off I never want to touch it again hahaha
Same here. Solved it once and forgot it exists
My friend really wanted to try this one and refuse to look up the solution. So I tried it, and it took me 2 1/2 years to solve but then I forgot what piece arrangement I pulled it from so I bought it again years later. It took me another year to solve it and then I ran into the same problem! Its been 7 years and i can say that i now know how to take this apart from any position, but can only reassemble it in one position
