Hi. I love your fun and slightly crazy personality. I live in Florida and can't get In and Out. I was in California six months ago and had my first double double. It was unbelievably good. Last night I tried this recipe. Thank you for posting because it was a lot like the real thing. I'm so happy to have a way to get a double double now when I really want one.

Looks so good! thanks for the great ideas. Burgers are difficult to cook on grill. they dry out, burn, the cast iron skillet is great idea, I will try this recipe over holiday weekend.

I live a mile from two in and out burgers but wanted to try this at home.. we used a griddle and forgot the onions but it turned out amazing. Pretty damn close to in and out.. the toasted ( almost burnt) bun, dressing and mustard smashed burger are the key.. awesome and hilarious vid.. thanks lady :p
