Working at Corridor Digital™️ is a very good and/or fun experience. I have no regrets being a part of this wonderful channel and I would like emphasize that I signed up to be a Corridor Intern™️ of my own Free Will™️. There is no darkness lurking deep within the heart of Corridor. I can’t imagine ever leaving these hallowed halls.
Uhhhh
Real
You should make your own videos.
Guys I think he's being held hostage!
We'll rescue you Mark, only if you study nicely and promise to make more beautiful videos 😅
Okay, seems legit
Eventhough mark was just explaining his idea to wren while being rejected, they rendered the whole idea and that's hilarious
I was thinking that too lmao
And it looked pretty sick at the end too
I loved it
i regret asking for your imput
It was really cool
Kudos to Jordan and Brett for emulating the best father-son relationship while Mark and Wren are fighting over their single shared brain cell
Perfectly said lmao
The ADHD way
Both are father son relationships…just different types
There is truly no stronger unification than 2 adhd brains
More like romantic relationship
Now I wanna see the roles reversed again, but the "pro's" must obey all the rules their interns dictate. Meaning Ren HAS to listen to Mark at all costs. It'll really show how much the interns paid attention and help them learn. The pro's could however bring up tweaks and such to help out some but it's up to the interns to allow them.
i love this idea
The bacon was cooked but when they were about to eat it they forgot to cool it and now they cant speak
Yessss
*wren
The genie will obey all of your wishes, exactly as you speak them, whether or not you know what the consequences may be
The Corridor Crew is so generous, they're helping smaller creators like Mark get the attention they deserve.
/s
So kind
U think he is small creator?
I thought he is big because his videos look really professional 🤔
Smaller Creator 🌚
Um Markiplier is a bigger channel... 😅
@@ThePegasussy get the joke lol

I love that Mark gave his idea and they gave an “example” of his idea through VFX 😂 shit looked pretty tight 😎
sameeeee
It's actually pretty cool. A giant in the background vomiting lava out their eyes
Mark: I am used to working alone
Lixian: Am I joke?
To be fair they work alone, together lol
Well if u think about it
Mark do the record part alone while the edtior do the editing part alone... so technically he isn't wrong?
The fact that they actually created Mark's crazy vision was perfect
The commitment
Tbh it sounds exactly like something Peter would make in the render challenges lol. If it wasn’t for it being a skit + the time crunch they probably would’ve made it lol.
XD
yeah dude
@@expendableindigo9639 They did make it though, how else would they have showed it during the video.
The moment Mark realized he can do whatever he wants, he reveals himself as the antagonist and just go against everything. I love it!
@Joanna big respect
Kitchen: *agonising screams*
Brett: *confused*
Mark: *nods in yep*
🤣🤣🤣🤣
the crazy part is that they did the cgi for marks idea- just so we could see him explain it- but he still got denied of it, lol. also- when they cook more bacon, i love how mark just nods at their harrowing screams. that had me DYING
Mark:"I'm alive, I'm dead, I'm alive, I'm in pain, I'm dead"
Niko:"sounds about right for physics sims"
Brett: I have morals I would never cheat
Mark: everything is free game in order to win
Mark is the ideal villain

@@MLGLuigiGamer idk bro I didnt play bone works man
Mark's semi-dark humor is absolutely perfect with Corridor
The thing with Mark and Wren is that they're also performers and they play around that a lot, which is fun as hell and a recipe for disaster lmao
The part when they realize they both have ADHD is gold, I relate
I do like how it’s not just them collaborating with Markiplier but he really is learning some VFX techniques.
I did a double take and then was like oh they must be doing a deepfake. Then i read the title.
I have a feeling if Mark had the time he'd learn all the VFX to help with making videos
@@UltimateViper mark legitimately is interning at Corridor actually.
@@air-headedaviator1805 he wants to know ALL the VFX!!!
I wonder what crazy things we're gonna see Mark do next armed with this new knowledge
Honestly a flip of the roles where Wren and Jordan have to make the vision of Mark and Brett come to life would be cool. Just seeing someone with the knowledge of the scope of the program and the allotted time trying to marry that with the creative ideas of someone without any concept of what can feasibly be done within the time would be super interesting
I like this idea! It will help them understand how to ground an idea into reality and into the capabilities of the software
@ Exactly
This would be so cool
The bacon grease burns their mouth so they can't speak
Exactly what I was thinking
The combination of Marks competitive nature with his need to commit to the bit makes this whole video absolutely beautiful
mark is genuinely a really talented comedy actor i love when he does stuff like this
Mark is so hard to watch. His acting is lame and he is annoying. I can barely even watch Corridor videos that he is in. He ruins this channel.
Why do you say he’s acting? It’s quite obvious that he is just nervous and trying his best to please Wren.. :)
The fact Mark's render is his face getting hit by a ball says a lot about him " testing his limits " and not about him being a masochist.
there is way to much evidence stacked against mark so it looks like he wants to kill himself but also doesn’t, like he is worse than just being a masochist
its what he does to go even further and beyond!
yeah.
totally.
lol
And the fact that he was vining to Jordan and wren s screams
Yeah, don’t want people to think he’s some sort of a masochist
The smile on Marks face when he said "full creative control"
Priceless
Somewhere a CZcams Original executive is whimpering in fear.
The bacon stuff was such a creative way to get rid of the mentors abilities to do stuff. I love it! Ya'll are so cool
33:02
*Niko:* "You win the love and admiration of all."
*Mark's big brain:* ...ɪ ᴀʟʀᴇᴀᴅʏ ʜᴀᴅ ᴛʜᴀᴛ
Alright, but they actually made Mark's first idea into a CG scene and that's hilarious.
I don't know if it's true, but in my mind they let Mark do it later.
This Mark fellow seems really swell, he should maybe start his own youtube channel
he might get a few followers now and then.
Seems like the kinda guy who would enjoy a horror game or two
Yea and like he could do like multiple things on it so maybe he could call it I don’t know…Markiplier…? Nahhh that’s dumb
Yeah he might be pretty successful if he does
maybe something to do with multiplication
22:05 this beat drops hard -markiplier's mind
Why do I feel like Mark and Michael Reeves would be an awesome collab. I feel like Michael would be catalyst for Mark to unleash his chaotic energy. The whole sabotage clip gives me that feeling
@9:20 Can we just appreciate for a moment that someone at Corridor actually did the whole visual Mark suggest to do as a Joke.
Not to mention the fact that they followed as much of Marks sketch as possible, with the positioning and what not
@@bertramjensen188 yeah and with the photorealistic textures and the high attention to detail it really did him justice.
I thought they just let him do it behind the scenes for fun and practice.
I don't think it was a joke. it was out of respect
@@nanadominguez2445 because he won
Mark's smile when he gets creative control is both great and worrisome.

@@gaze7442 wot
His face when wren said he knows it will look great
I love how Mark pretty much acts like a confused 7 year old whenever he uses the computer
@10:22 i havent felt anxiety and suspense like that in forever when mark didn't save the project lol i know the feelings wren was going thru haha
C4d autosaves regardless if you name the project file
That might’ve been scripted
Unless he didn’t know that
23:06
Wren: "I need you to have creative control over the rest of this project"
Mark: 😏😏😏
Jordan is such a great addition into the crew. His senses of humor fits right in but is also unique.
He's the spiritual replacement for Clint minus the weeb ;)
He's kindof like a punk hippy. LOL
@@TheMugwump1 Yeah. Clint is awesome. Big shoes to fill. When Jordan first came in it was so weird seeing him fill Clint’s void. Didn’t think it was possible. But it worked out perfectly. Everyone is where they need to be. And love when Clint visits.
Didn't think such an organic addition to the team was possible. Keep doing your thing man
This is exactly what I was thinking. Nice to see that it was one of the top comments on the video too. He's just such a natural presenter to camera, greatly talented, and just fits in so well. Jordan + Wren makes such a brilliant combination!
yeah he’s great but i don’t know what he finds so funny
I love this twist at the end that completely tests the learning abilities of the interns and the link between the partners
14:34 markiplier really thought he was in trouble LOL i love mark.....por mark....my sweet summer child
*incoherant screaming in another room*
Others: Visibly alarmed
Mark: *vibing*
Mark’s used to it. He does the same exact thing 😂
I mean I like the sounds of screaming aswell I don’t blame him
I love how mark always plays as the bad guy in other people's content
Yeah its great. He explained why on his podcast with Tyler.
@@kingvilaosa guess I got to get caught up with the podcasts now lol
I think the best part about Mark's creative input rant is that someone actually went and made it afterwards.
*Screams of agony*
Mark: Ah yes, music to my ears.
Wren and Jordan are so commited. They went through weeks of physical therapy and immediately afterwards filmed a recreation of the event that traumatically injured them. So visceral, so real, so postmodern - 10/10 actual art.
yes
They are the Jackie Chans of the VFX world. They really suffer for their art.
What did actually happen? Fill me in pls
You have to appreciate Wren and Jordan's dedication that, so neither of them could cheat, they were willing to actually put their hands into hot oil.
Yea, although Wren is currently pregnant
Or cold water, but either is fine
and then to actually burn their eyes with hot bacon grease
Why would they cook bacon in oil?
@@barley-pt so it’s fatty. I don’t like fatty bacon so I don’t understand it but that’s what happens
17:18 one of my favorite things about Mark is watching him get carried away while doing something. he's having so much fun dragging that timeline
Mark is such a great addition to the team... he really is a comedic professional. Loved the part at 3:28, haha. "If you cut me in on that bonus, I'll make sure he loses. I'll make SURE." bahaha
omg at 9:15 I started cracking up like, I woke up my roomates
25:11
Jordan: Im envisioning what hes doing and im absolutely loving it
Brett: *nearly deletes everything*
Mark's face when wren said "you don't wanna have too much light" was one of genuine concern lol
We’ve all been there when a teacher gives us advice too late.
You need MatPat on for this challenge just for his perfectionist tendencies to add to the drama of the timed challenge!
Mark's smirk when he's told he has control 😂
I love how Wren and Mark are able to keep a straight face since they are obviously acting. I especially love the part where Wren yells at Mark to save the project despite his little outburst being so fake yet so funny
Oscar winning performance
Mark is really good at playing a caricature of himself. He just plays up every part of himself and keeps going! He plays so well with Wren, and they bounce off of each other so well! This is so fun to see, and I can't wait to see more. Keep up the good work guys, Mark, everyone!
Edit; Never have I related to a spoken phrase more than "I needed the Bacon."
Getting Major Unus Annus vibes from Mark here.
they are brilliant together
Mark the intern is really funny. He should start a CZcams channel
Mark and the SON in one video? this is legendary
Mark listening to people screaming in pure agony.
"Yes, this feels right. This feels like home."
Mark has already worked with more screaming people doing crazy things before, he's feeling at home
I love the fact that while their eyes were being "burned" by bacon and screaming to death. Brett and Mark just causally waiting like "this is going well" XD
Any time I see Brett all I can think of is Ford...
WHATUPPPPP SOOONNNNN
me too it took me half the video to realise he was called brett and the whole time i was like "he looks and souulds like ford"
How nice of CC to give 2 totally unknown to the general public interns a chance to shine in front of an audience. Big hearts!

@@CottonyAlmonds 23:06
23:06 Mark's face when he gets creative control might be might favorite part of the video.
Yes.
I'm here for Mark, but I'm stuck at the beginning part. Who cooks bacon in oil, not in a dry pan? And if you're deep-frying it, why *wouldn't* you preheat it?
This just deeply conceens me.
It was squeaky so they oiled it.
Lots of people cook bacon in oil
bacon cooked on a dry pan is too dry imo, but they used too much oil
it should just be like
a millimeter high at MOST
@@Alcatrazz21 It makes its own type of oil, what would you need more oil for, that just sounds fattening
@@bubsbee5338 unless you actually eat all the oil/fat in the pan it wouldn't make it more fatty. The bacon isn't going to absorb the added oil. But it is redundant and pointless and a waste of oil.
Mark during the lighting sequence was the epotomy of chaotic Mark
It’s so iconic seeing markiplier and Nico in the same room together, two old time giants
It’s not entirely crazy to say that they helped build CZcams itself, among a few other OGs
I think it’s crazy seeing Markiplier and Arthur Ford in the same room
Wren: "And now, we do something every VFX artist is familiar with... we wait..."
Me watching the video to pass time during a render: 🥺🥺🥺
@Jalopezlag … what frame rate? 24 fps movie style or 30 or 60? How many seconds of loss was that?
Same here, laptop is running in my bathroom while I'm watching haha
Ahh...the ol dump and work.
@Jalopezlag I didn’t say it made a difference, I was just curious.
It also helps me know what sort of thing we’re talking about, right? Different mediums use different frame rates for various reasons. We’re talking something shot like a cinema movie, as opposed to a game at 30, or a scene with lower motion blur using 60 FPS.
Clearly I am not an industry professional. Just some guy chatting with strangers on CZcams learnin’ stuff.
To Wren, did ADHD make it difficult to stick with VFX and CG art early on? How do you manage to do all this awesome stuff without getting distracted by going to youtube or games? Is it different when it's in an office environment at Corridor vs at home?
each pair is literally the shoulder angel and shoulder devil. i love.
Whenever Wren talks about rendering things i always hear him talking about "wrendering". That makes every Challenge a "Wrenderchallenge"
Awful. I love it.

This was by far the funniest and best challenge as of yet. Mark's social awkwardness is too relatable
working with C4D before is a challenge on its own, trying to get the controls down, and where everything is located is a challenge, I'd say the best way to practice if you ever start is to get a feel for where everything is
