I loved Steve Austin's growth over the years, from being a mid carder in WCW, to wrestling in anger in ECW, to being called up to WWE as the Ringmaster and finally finding their potential to become Stone Cold Steve Austin, the world's toughest SOB ever! And that's the bottom line

@BENJAMIN NATHAN copy and pasting responses that don’t make any sense and aren’t based in reality. Lol At least type it out worded different man. Lol Stone Cold is still a huge draw when he’s advertised. That wrestlemainia match pop proved that. Yes that fades with each year. Same could be said for any retired wrestler though. Bring up the name Lou Thez to a 15 year old wrestling fan and they’re gonna look at you like you don’t know anything about wrestling. Lol Yet the man revolutionized the industry at one point in time. And at the end of the day, WWE can’t be the megastar and the face of the promotion because it is the promotion.

Agree and I have few reasons for that too.
      1. Promos nowadays are not that good.
      2. PG shit is literally shit.
      3. Uncovering of scripted nature of Wrestling is biggest reason no one could become SCSA and this is the biggest reason. It was like MMA back then people believed the matches were unscripted back then.
      4. There could not be another SCSA because there couldn't be another Vince. Vince, Rock and HHH were the guys who made Stone Cold so Cool.
If you think you could add more to list please be my guest.

I think Austin himself would have liked to continue after WM XIX but considering the freak out he had before the show’s start that were related to his neck and knee problems as the man himself had explained in interviews, that retirement after XIX was one he’d been forced to take for his own sake to avoid ending up like Droz and I imagine that bothered him for years that he never got a proper send off match on his terms.

He taught me not to trust anyone when things got real in life which is motivating me to become what I wanna be, not just to be just like him but be ofc motivated and inspired! I think Stone cold Steve Austin should return as GM as raise hell again. Even if he doesn't wrestle his presence and stunner here and there to superstars would be awesome.

After that neck break he was never the same. He was so agile before and so stiff after. Must have been pretty serious. And I get it. I broke my back in three places and crushed my spinal cord. The L1, L2, and L3. My tail bone shattered too. Bones heal but are never really ever the same and nerve damage is never going to heal. The gym helps. I go 6-9 hours a week for heavy strength training. Never been stronger. Still seeing gains.. But the pain is always there. You just have to deal with it.
