@@thephantomeagle2 in my 40 years of life in america, dealing with everything on the phone from cable companies, to banks, to the i.r.s and everything in-between, not once have I ever had a legitimate companies employee yell at me or cuss...impatient yes, argue able yes, even hateful...but never yell at me or cuss at me...if I was making anyone mad they either stayed on the line politely arguing till I would hang up or transfered me to a manager..mostly though I have dealt with good customer service ...I don't think they realize that in america places don't flip out and yell and cuss they just hang up or transfer you.
And microeoft, google and the i.r.s would never have employees behave that way but they must think it's normal for our businesses to yell cuss threaten and put down customers as part of a normal day.

I think he did one time and he said it was get brother (when doing the girl voice).
It happened during the 36-hr call, the scammer hung up but someone called back and it continued. Kit used a funny “oh crap” sound effect when he realized he was on the phone line while addressing the viewers lol
They barely notice anything that is said. They've been living in fantasy worlds for so long, they don't know how to come back.
You see this particularly when kit has things happen that should be impossible, like a bank teller confirming a fake transaction they would have no way to even see.. The scammers don't even notice or think about it.
The guys at the 449 scam websites have noticed this with compulsive liars, they really don't exist in the same mental space we do.
They def don’t notice half of what he says, on a call I watched yesterday, he plain out said he wasn’t a lawyer (he was pretending he was one) and they didn’t notice it at all!

Most of the people they talk to actually do fall for the scam, so when you call the one guy who knows what you're doing and intentionally gives you a hard time, you're gonna get upset because you aren't used to that.
Scare tactics, it's effective on the elderly and the other vulnerable people.
Plus most of them have a quota to fill, if they don't meet that they don't get their cut
Yes, answer is in the question. They get a very small commission for every people they scam, and they depend on them to eat so they want to success on every attempt. And when they feel their chances to success suddenly begin to go away, they freak out.
