Hasten Down the Wind is my favorite Linda Ronstadt album, thanks to the Karla Bonoff songs. I've seen Karla Bonoff in concert several times, including circa 1980 when she wore a jumpsuit and played a Stratocaster (Restless Nights related tour). I met Karla Bonoff briefly when she autographed her greatest hits CD for me at a much smaller concert around 2000. I also saw Linda Ronstadt when she toured with Emmylou Harris in 1999.

I had the pleasure of meeting Karla Bonoff about 13 years ago at a venue called the Prizery she autograohedny copy of her live cd sweet lady and great singer and musician she had Kenny Edwards playing guitar and bass he actually opened for her that night!!!
