The camera guy didn’t understand the assignment at all and he/she failed to show the property, but rather was focused on the two of you which in my opinion took a lot away from trying to sell the house.

The home is stunning. I had to actually watch another video to simmer on fully. You guys did a brief video, very nice but it hardly captured the house. Nancy moved so quick from one space to the next almost letting us assume how things may have been, for instance... We never got to see the details (finer ) on the Kitchen, the details of the ½ bath downstairs, a whole bedroom that was neglected by virtue of it looking identical... You never told us the type of finishes .. the flooring the tile work and all... I never saw the detail..
I would give you guys a 3 star... Details are what sell a space...
very disappointed by the camera guy, just following them around instead of showing us the house, show us the details/ of the house, the floors, the setup up close, in slow motion even...to the editor of this house show.
The house is stunning, however, the camera guy could add more b-roll footage to showcase the house. ie when they are walking up those stairs instead of showing all their steps 14:45 or panning too much in their face he could add more b-roll of the space( 8:37 was nice since we can see what they are seeing)

This is not to make the cameraman feel bad. It's to make him improve his craft. A little training is needed. Please focus on the house. Show off the house much more than you show the agents. Do some panning as well.
Also, why do I hear and see Jamaica in this lady's voice and body language? Anyway, I don't know what a dry kitchen is. Please educate us as you mention things that might not be universally known. You're on a global platform, so, bear in mind that your audience is watching from all over the world... from different cultures, with different vocabulary and associations for items and features that are the same. We can have language barriers even speaking the same language... 😄. Yes, strange but true. What a world we live in.
With all that said, I will finish with the obvious. This is a very nice house. "Grandness" and space in a house is attractive, even when the rooms are few. I'd rather have two grand rooms than four or five standard ones just for the sake of numbers.

The house is amazing, but the furnishing is sooo boring. No decos, no interesting paintings, no pomp, no color. If that's the show house, more stunning furnishing could be done to attract someone

Kenyan builders are finally waking up. Kenyan houses are beautiful outside but the interiors are all horrible. From design , finish and layout. Bathrooms look like prison baths. From Runda to Loresho. Finally we have good design and builders!!!!
Very well said! I've been saying for years how Kenyan houses generally have very poor workmanship and finishing. And the houses are so overpriced yet poor quality. Lately I can see they are really improving. My only hope is this type of good workmanship is done on affordable housing. Majority of Kenyans don't have the money for these kind multimillion homes.

You could also have the builder just do the structure of the house, then you look for different people to do the floors, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, lightening and so on. In other words, you have to be very hands on and show them what shoddy work is and that you will not accept it. That is, if you are building a custom home
