What It's Like To Be A Billionaire In Kenya

- We love nothing more than taking tours across the world to see what billionaires are up to everywhere. This time we’re traveling to Kenya to observe some of the richest families in the area. These wealthy people make their money off of real estate ventures, politics, and adventuring. Then there’s the corruption allegations that some of the money is getting funneled using illegal means. Despite these harsh accusations, many families still live an affluent lifestyle with little consequence.
For instance, there’s the Moi family which is one of the most influential names in the country. They have had their hands in the Kenyan government for years…some say too much. They made a legitimate fortune but apparently also embezzled millions and then spent that money on properties and hotels all over the world.
There are many other families who are trying to create dynasties like this. They are purchasing huge industrial parks and marinas in order to attract more business and build more wealth for Kenya.
Kenya is also known, like the rest of the world, for the occasional incredible mansion. There are several that rank among the best properties the planet has ever seen. These include ultra modern ecofriendly mansions, a mismatched mansion of conflicting architectural styles and classic classy homes anyone would love to move into. These have some truly incredible views of mountain ranges and wonderful African wildlife you can’t see anywhere else in the world except for Kenya.
So which of these billionaires truly knows how to spend?

I came to Kenya in 2018 to invest after living in UK for 30yrs. All was well except meeting a lady who drove me Crazy and not helping. A friend was helping me out and after 1yr and 8mth thing where starting come together. In 2019 covid happened and the woman I was with went mad and made me loss focus. I lost the investment I had and the connection for more investment plus covid didn't help. What I achieved in 18mth in kenya I couldn't achieve in UK for the last 20 yrs. Kenya's revenue is aprx 16 billion US dollars a year give or take. So basically, just answering the title question, if you're a billionaire in Kenya, you pretty much own Kenya.
Correction, the gross domestic product of Kenya per year is $98 billion USD. This doesn’t account for national or personal accumulated assets. A billionaire can buy a lot with his money but can’t own a whole country.

With all the money and power they had - the land still went back to the peoples hands what makes you think a mere billionaire can own the whole of Kenya. You'll spend forever trying to figure out even 10% of what these Kenyan billionaires own. In fact, most don't like being seen as rich that's why you'll rarely find mansions within the country. A modest 5 bed house, a Toyota Land Cruiser and maybe a Range Rover are often enough otherwise KRA and EACC will be on your back. They prefer commercial buildings masked under layers of companies registered within and outside the country.
🤣🤣Embezzlement attached to a Pic of DP.Ruto esp now is Gold
