Dali Llama I miss the '90s. It's crazy how much has changed. If you tried to explain this to a kid today, they'd be baffled at the idea of having to actually wait and hope for your favorite songs/videos to be played. As much as I love the internet and all the convenience we have today, I'd go back to the '90s in a heartbeat. It'd be interesting to be our age now, but in the '90s. Like to be in your 20s in the '90s.
***** I know what you're saying but the early 2000s had their own stuff! At least for me. 2001 specifically had a major change in popular music from rock pop and bubblegum pop to a sort of hip hop/ r&b thing.
I graduated high school in 2000. These were great times for me with lots of sweet memories. This song brought me back, even if just for a brief moment.
I freaking love this song! I like when the school custodian dances with the broomstick white the whistling goes on in the background. This song definitely deserves much better ratings than this by now! Let's go fans! 2023...Here we come!
It was the year 1999, I was 7 years old, sitting in the car and this song blasted through the radio. It was a sunny day and everything was so simple. So many good memories of this song. ❤️ Thank you Sugar Ray for this lovely childhood memory.
that guitar melodies brings me back to my first time playing guitar, such a good times, go back home from school just to play guitar and listen to 90's songs on the radio
Born in 1990. Watching MTV when 9 years old. Life is so full of happiness and no stress at all. Even I don't have much trouble at homework. So yeah, one of best nostalgic song.

I believe the 90's was the peak of America. Great music, great movies, and good times. I lost count on how many times I've obsessed traveling back to that time of my life. The nostalgic feels are real tonight
This was the very first CD I had and this was my favorite song. My oldest brother gave it to me when I was 4 or 5 lol but man I have loved this song ever since. It never fails to make me happy and nostalgic when I listen to it.

I was 10 years old when this song came out and would get constant airplay on the radio. I wish I could go back to those simple days of cruising on my razor scooter with a pack of my neighborhood friends and not a single iPhone in sight. #2020problems
Is it only me who gets an eargasm from that whistle which makes the ending part so beautiful? It expresses a jolly and cool spring vibe. Boy. Makes me feel like a kid again.

This song is the perfect portal back to a better time. The 90's were the best, and the late 90's were some of the best years of my life. Surfing, skateboarding (and puffin da weedisses) with my best friends for the last few years of that millennium. Playing pc games, cruising the web & looking up anything I wanted without getting red flagged by the nsa, and smashing Tony Hawk Pro Skater (the 1st one of course) on PlayStation, just having a blast at 15, 16, & 17 years old. So flexible and so much energy back then. Made of rubber, and down to do whatever.
Being 15, not having to worry about life just where we’re we going to hang out in a friends house, basement to just chill and kick it. Man I miss those days. It sucks that we are all grown now from those days and we can’t get those years back, even though we watch this videos and it makes us feel like teenagers again. Miss you 90’s!!
kinda agree , listen to 90s make me feel good and i even didnt feel bored listen and listen repeatedly . how good is that ? not that i hate the music these days but to me it didnt last long . sorry to say .
What the 90s had going for it was the enthusiasm for the future (The 21st Century). People who experience dial-up Internet were aware that High-Speed Internet was just around the corner and all of the crap we take for granted today was a reality just about to happen. Then 9/11 happened and more and more people became cynical and philosophically weaponized against one another. Today we have a bunch of shallow "movements" on the Left, the Right, and inbetween vying for everybody's mental real estate. Everyone's pissed off and angry at the other guy for their lives being shitty.
Nothing like 90s Music. Seems like yesterday hearing these songs on your radio or MTV. NOW I realize it's been 25 years since the 90s left us . Culture shock .

I remember nothing because I was just born sad days
same here :,]
Same...mom used to wake me up for breakfast and she'd always have mtv on. This song was on all the time. Man...those were simpler days.
I'm just just glad mtv still played good songs/tv shows in the early 00's
This song is so 1999, in all the best ways. Bring me back.
i'm a 90's kid. and this is my jam.
kepong23 This came out as a single like at the end of 99 or even 00s so this is almost not even 90s at all.
Katie Dubbs still my jam
kepong23 Katie Dubbs I am a 90's kid and this is my jam too. Release in 99', so no arguing this IS in fact, a 90's tune.
***** The album was released in '99. The single wasn't released until afterward.
Im nearly 50 and i remember my youth and my first love with this song ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I freaking love this song! I like when the school custodian dances with the broomstick white the whistling goes on in the background. This song definitely deserves much better ratings than this by now! Let's go fans! 2023...Here we come!
1999 was the last most awesome years .
Back in the day, I could see this clearly. But now my eyes have seen 4k and I feel like I need glasses just to watch this
anonyname 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
lmao fr
Seriously tho 😂
anonyname def not 1080
Welcome to my life for needing glasses to see anything.
I sit here realizing how simple and fun things were back then sad what we left behind! This really brings me back
I am only 15 and, in my opinion, Sugar Ray is one of my favorite bands I just love their music.
Today, this song turns 21 years. Cool memories.
It was the year 1999, I was 7 years old, sitting in the car and this song blasted through the radio. It was a sunny day and everything was so simple. So many good memories of this song. ❤️ Thank you Sugar Ray for this lovely childhood memory.
Me too so great memories 🥰🥰
4 minute and 13 seconds of bliss all the time inside a crazy world...every morning!
One of my favorite songs!! Sugar Ray Rocks !!❤❤❤

@Willz __ We call it.... an O-B-S-E-R-V-A-T-I-O-N.... ;) Mine, is a smartass comment :D
Sugargay
This band just takes me back to being a kid in the 90s. Had all their CD’s
that guitar melodies brings me back to my first time playing guitar, such a good times, go back home from school just to play guitar and listen to 90's songs on the radio
Born in 1990. Watching MTV when 9 years old. Life is so full of happiness and no stress at all. Even I don't have much trouble at homework. So yeah, one of best nostalgic song.
my youth in the nineties... no internet, no cellphones, No Kardashians.... just MTV
I remember you were a bully back them....it was u that was bullying me!
REAL TALK
@@YasFlowers there was but it was dial up which was 🐌 af. Then i would get those stupid AOL cds for free hours of internet. Ugh and those flip flop phones 😔

@@YasFlowers I was a bully back then and I dont regret it. I'm still a bully
I’m seeing them live tonight at a local lake concert!! So excited because this song was definitely the 90’s early 00’s vibe

+Travis Ford It is though
Ah, the good days when music was great, life was good and I had no worries!!
Why did I have to grow up?
I feel ya
I feel ya too
same here!
I agree !
Any 90's kids listening to this in 2022?
This is why you have to appreciate the moment because it doesn't stick, it doesn't stay. Appreciate this moment, it's all you have.♥️💯
I, wish their's away we could go back to the 90s and start over again
The 90s to me seemed like a journey during my childhood but after that life just seemed like a drag.
GhostBlade
The mellenium hit and everything went down hill, technology took over and personal social interaction stopped....it sucks
The dream of the 90's is alive in Portland.
1987 baby girl, you can go back to 1999 and learn to know the proper use of There, Their & They're, LOL
Its mind blowing to see how different things were back then. Full of optimism, laid back vibes, and a more livelier color pallet reflective of how great things were
Brilliant comment! You nailed it,Brother!
This song is about getting pegged
@@lordv926 Niccccccccccccccce
Once again this music 🎵🎶 takes me back to 1999, I get chills thinking about all of the people in my life that have passed on. I can't help but Thank them all for looking down on me.🎶🎵🎼🌴🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🌴
The production on all Sugar Ray's stuff is off the charts. Great band
God take me back to cable tv, and Nintendo 64
The graphics was shit but Mortal Kombat Trilogy gave me more emotion than Mortal Kombat 11.
Late 90s all bottled up
Those things still exist
@@B33fisGud hes just saying it takes him back to his childhood
Amen😲
Oh gosh. The nostalgia makes me get up this early in the morning to record more events of 2021 in my journal.
Haven't head this in ages. I remember when it was on the radio at least once an hour is not twice lol.
This is nostalgia done right. I wish nothing but the best for you.
Look up early in the morning by the gap band
Shit I wrote a poem the other night... 2021
Surely couldn’t be much
Who else loved this song even tho it’s 2022 😢❤ we will never forget it
Or will we? 💔
2023. Sugar Ray is timeless
90s really were fun and amazing. What happened to the world.
Social Media happened.
9/11 and a movement to take non politically correct fun out of life. I blame Liberals.
Messed up humans happened to the world.
I know all this lol. I'm in the military haha. I meant more along the lines of music. Why did the music get so Fucking shitty since the 90s.
+43nostromo absolutely
Dude I was in the 5th grade when this song came out. Now I'm 26, man how time flies! =]
yup yup
27 kid. I was in 5th too
Me too and I'm 26, I feel old lol
+Niasia Holt I was in 7th grade, time does fly by, that's why I think it is important, being grateful for each fly by.
and im 28 haha
This is the type of song to put you in a good mood when you wake up in the morning or you at home relaxing and just chillin it should be more songs like this
Is anyone still listening to this in 2024? I know I am
I believe the 90's was the peak of America. Great music, great movies, and good times. I lost count on how many times I've obsessed traveling back to that time of my life. The nostalgic feels are real tonight
bubbly871 for me too 😔
Meee tooo! If I could relive any decade of my life, that would be the one!
bubbly871 sigh, can we build a time machine already..😭
Pity america has to deal with snowflakes now
Creativity disappeared after that
frosted tips... those were the days.
MIgardener Staaahp youre making me feel old
The plastic cap in a box of bleach w/ a hook to pull ur hair through lolll
My mom wouldn't let me get them.
Very early 2000s.
I felt so cool when I was allowed to have frosted tips done 😅
This was the very first CD I had and this was my favorite song. My oldest brother gave it to me when I was 4 or 5 lol but man I have loved this song ever since. It never fails to make me happy and nostalgic when I listen to it.
25 anos atrás 😢 tempos bons...som massa demais🎉
After 21 years.. I'm still listening to this! Man, time flies sooo fast! 😮😎🤘
It flies way too fast, Miggy! I just released a new single called "Missing You" that people say have a similar summery vibe! Maybe it will bring you back even more! Check it out. :-)
Same boat. Fly was my first ever favourite song at 7 years old...
I was 10 years old when this song came out and would get constant airplay on the radio. I wish I could go back to those simple days of cruising on my razor scooter with a pack of my neighborhood friends and not a single iPhone in sight. #2020problems
I think I was ten as well. Born in 88? Simpler times bro! Skateboarding and kicking a ball about was literally all I cared about.
There were no iPhones because we were all on our Compaq Presarios.
@@marquizzo They existed but people definitely weren't all on them lmao
@@luckerooni1153 iPhones did not exist in 1999.
@@marquizzo I'm talking about Compaqs
Is it only me who gets an eargasm from that whistle which makes the ending part so beautiful? It expresses a jolly and cool spring vibe. Boy. Makes me feel like a kid again.
Even though we'll never experience 1999 again, may the memories live on through the music we grew up to...
How many nostalgic 90's kids are watching this high af right now?
Jack Mehoff ✋🏼I’m an 80s kid but yeah...hehe
80's but grew up in 90's (never going to call myself a 90's kid)
Weed is for losers whos life sucks ass. LOLZ

It took me awhile to get it lol
sugar ray was my road tripping music when I was a kid!! so much nostalgia..
Turning 30 this March! I remember these days, thank you Sugar ray!
1990's music was so great
Kevin Grace fuck osu
Sugar gay
Here this will help.. ... ..

Not much of it. But this was good. Sugar Ray had more than 1 tune I liked. And this isnt my genre at all
1998
Being 15, not having to worry about life just where we’re we going to hang out in a friends house, basement to just chill and kick it. Man I miss those days. It sucks that we are all grown now from those days and we can’t get those years back, even though we watch this videos and it makes us feel like teenagers again. Miss you 90’s!!
the late 90 the best time of my life is youth feel sorry for today kid in today Generation
kinda agree , listen to 90s make me feel good and i even didnt feel bored listen and listen repeatedly . how good is that ? not that i hate the music these days but to me it didnt last long . sorry to say .
swag wasn't invented yet when life was soooo good in the 90's.
Still here, every year 😂😂😂😂
I just found this band. Im 28 years old. Why they sound so good. Wow.
2020... Still missing this music.
Oh I miss the 90's. Looking back, they didn't suck that bad.
they didnt suck at all. it was a happier and simple time. this era is trash
your are right ! getting old suck
Hatchet BITCH IT IS MAY OF 2018 AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO SUCK. WHEN THE HELL HAVE THEY EVER SUCKED
pretty much sums up the 21st century so far... don't forget blame millennials for being entitled and lazy.
Nothing like 90s Music. Seems like yesterday hearing these songs on your radio or MTV. NOW I realize it's been 25 years since the 90s left us . Culture shock .
Wish I could go back to the days when bangers like this were playing everywhere instead of the trash that’s popular today. Back in my day!
Sugar Ray's music videos deserve an HD quality!! these are classic iconic songs of the 90's!!
