The first thing you may have noticed about this video is how it's an absurd 18 minutes which is ridiculous for this fight, but it's because I decided to include the entire underground club introduction plus the aftermath of the fight, and you may be asking: "Was it really necessary?" Yes, yes it was, the included cutscenes serve as a great build up to the fight plus you get to see how unique a character Joon-gi Han is.

Kiryu is such a fantastic protagonist, especially in this game. Yuta might have fought like a punk, but he's right. Yuta never turned his back on his opponent, and he fought as best as he could until he literally couldn't stand.
Kiryu doesn't care how strong people are, what he cares about is the courage to stand up for yourself, even if it hurts to do so.
I mean you can apply that to everything in life if you are a stand up person that admits mistakes and shows courage you defently have it easier then beeing a whiny bitch for example
#fact Kiryu is the strongest of all Yakuza characters so far. So, having that skill and strength are needed to have that courage to stand up for one's self. The reality is people these days rarely stand up for victims on spot. So, having courage should be the second best thing next to the ability of dealing with danger, not the other way round. Nobody wants to end up like Yuta, Yuta had courage but he'd die if Kiryu wasn't there. There won't be a Kiryu every time, so it sounds kind of stupid to face danger with "only courage".

Joon-Gi Han from both Y6 & Y7 has earned my respect. The real and the fake are both honorable and respectable men, no cap. I can see why Yeonsu considered Joon-Gi a brother and a boss worthy to die for.
They also just interrstic characters as a whole atleast in my opinion and they are flashy people atleast the one in 6 so the clone sure is aswell
You couldn’t be more wrong about Y6, but 7 I get.
aside from his sense of respect the real joon gi han must be have atttract so much fans and liking just like it happenned to goro majima in yakuza 1 ,
it is one of the "excuse"/reason that majima survived and become good and also he become more logical/"sane" giving to his backstory through the series ,
which is the developer's best decision
as for this 2 joon gi han case,
well they have strong and unique reason to bring him back ,
then, even better he is your party member who also could switch fighting styles/job along with the others,

Everyone except Majima. He might've felt the salt once, but that was decades ago. Nowadays, so long as he gets his regular dosage of Kiryu-chan, he's good.

So thats Haruka's man? In terms of youngsters, Kiddo from Y4 would eat him for breakfast. Sega really did wrong to the girl the fans saw growing up from Y1. Feel like Yuta is supposed to be a self insert of the player who admires Kiryu and has developed an attachment to Haruka.
I was hoping Haruka would end up with someone with class and as charismatic as Akiyama but instead sega gives her to a generic street punk.
Skipping this entry for sure. Y5 is the real ending to Kiryuu and Haruka's story for me. That final reunion of the two was the only redeeming thing for the shitfest mystery starting from Shinada's random curveball of an unimportant character being introduced.

It also foreshadows his inclination toward being dishonorable. He admitted in this scene that it's a battle he is constantly fighting; which is foreshadowed when he kidnaps Hakuna just for another chance. Who he presents himself to be and who he is made to be are two separate circumstances.
