In the wake of Super Typhoon Yolanda, a monumental effort began to rebuild homes for those who lost everything. Yet, thousands of housing projects remain unfinished a decade later, leaving families in limbo. This video explores the protracted struggle to complete these projects and the lasting impact on affected communities. We'll also examine the controversy surrounding a Marcos-linked company that awarded a housing contract yet failed to deliver.
Intrigued by the story of these ghost towns, I traveled to the region to document their existence. Exploring one of these abandoned communities, something unimaginable happened. A resident offered to guide us through the area at night, sharing tales of the town's haunted nature. Moments later, he became possessed, an event that would change the course of this documentary.

Maybe a little trip to the middle east there are a lot of places to see one of them is "batn Al ghoul" which translates literally to the "belly of the Ghul. " Which of course I don't recommend even locals don't go there for centuries now .

More than the history, this episode also shows the incompetency and selfishness of those in the position. Such a waste of money, resources and space. I hope those houses will be use someday.
I studied Latin and unfortunately that was not Latin at all! Sounded more like a tribal language or something close to Arabic languages (or just complete gibberish really haha.) Hard to tell as I’d really like to trust the old man. Great video though, it’s interesting for the spooky factor and at the same time it’s good to raise awareness on issues like these. I really wish the government or those that can afford to help out these families put more effort into these projects. Hope you can make more of this content!

im heartbroken to see that this project was never used and was put to waste. there were a lot of donations during the Yolanda typhoon and it seems corruption happens. its crazy how they just abandoned this prject 😢

The real horror with this is the selfishness and greediness of the corrupt officials giving false promises to the survivors who already experienced a deadly typhoon. When they're talking to tatay, the hurt is still evident in his eyes and he and his family are just making the best of their situation.

I'm from that place and dude i know that guy as well. I thought on your trailer he was speaking our local language but it seems that he was not. That area was actually quite scary not for ghosts but some people who'll do bad things. But that place or that abandoned village is creepy. I don't know why our local government did not finish the housing. I live near that place.
