My idea of anxiety recovery is no longer having symptoms I didn't say we won't get stressed but if u still get symptoms that's just coping and managing who wants to do that

Since anxiety symptoms are symptoms of stress, and the body is going to react to chronic stress, having stress symptoms doesn't mean you're having issues with anxiety. Everyone gets symptoms of stress from time to time. This is normal. Furthermore, dealing with your anxiety issues substantially reduces stress so you won't be as stressed and symptomatic as often or as long. And a person can work on their anxiety so much that no stress (or very little) comes from anxious behavior.

Only self promotion from people who are not fully recovered. It's laughable. It's NOT true that you can't recover without therapists. So arrogant.

      Have you recovered yourself?

@@anxietycentre No. I can't recover while having chronic illness, which fuels my health anxiety and fear of death. And I can't reduce stress because I live in country where missiles and drones fall from the sky. Maybe someday...
