I just started looking at RC cars. I used to have boats for a little while and planes, but I suffered a health setback and had to,get rid of them all. I got had spare cash and over 200 bucks of Amazon Gift cards. So today I posted my last two boats and they sold right away. No sooner were they sold UPS knocked on door with Traxxas Maxx I purchased on line. Got batteries and charger from Amazon. While waiting for delivery I researched and accidentally found these crawlers. Went to park and found an RC crawlers club. I now want one. I enjoyed your video and will probably buy that Axial. Looks awesome. Anyway, I subscribed.

That would be a great idea - putting a tree in the truck, seems like that's a popular thing. I look through the Christmas items, Walmart etc. You see a bunch of things with an old fashioned truck with a tree: cards, ornaments and even wooden signs.

I just started looking at crawlers last night and even though you guys weren't pushing the Gen8 scout, this video introduced me to it. I did a little research last night and my brother just happened to ask if I wanted to go to the hobby shop today. Can't wait to get this thing out in the woods!

Gen 8 is way better than the Axial F100. Better everything. And not at $400. Just for a cool body that can't go off road that well. Body just to big and sticks out so much you get hung up on everything. Red cat Gen 8 is the way to go.

Happy New Year to you. I just wanted to tell you I bought the gen 7 sport from Amazon it was on sale for $189. I just got it Saturday. I ordered it on December 26. I unpackaged everything and took the transmitter out last, it was making a rattling sound like something inside a metal plate was loose. I called amazon and they are shipping me a new one right away. I have already boxed it back up and UPS is picking it up tomorrow. One thing I noticed right away from the model I ordered it had the new front steering bar pre bent 1” on both ends to clear the front pumpkin. Also both front bump stops were ground down and the steering had a very good turn to it so the 2019 version has the steering issue taken care of. I really like the gen 7 and I can’t wait to get 3D printer parts that Redcat has on thingiverse website. You can print out all the pieces that are in the pro version. Lucky for me I have friends who have 3D printers. I may eventually get my own. So I just wanted to say customer service at Amazon took care of my problem. I have been building up my crawling course and I hope to have some videos up in the new year. I’ve been following all your videos and I learn from you a lot. Thank you for your videos. Wishing you the best New Year. I did put up a video of my transmitter making a rattling sound on my yt page

Well your review of the best crawlers was great. But Abby's Ford F 100 that's the one I love it looks very nice. For Christmas that would be the one to get. An seen's I've been a good boy these year I may just have to get one.

I was just running around Southern Kentucky today with my drone and happened to find a motorcycle shop. I stopped in to check them out and as soon as I walked in, I saw the Scout on the shelf. Go figure, in a motorcycle shop! Any, got to talking to the owner and long story short, he sold the Scout to me for $275. Really good reason to Support local shops!

I think you picked some of the most popular crawlers, but I still give Carisma Ford F150 and Coyote top spots for scale rtr looks and they perform great right out of the box.

Man tottaly left out the Deadbolt. Very affordable and can go way more places than the $400+ F100. Not really a good choice. Recommend the beginer. Deadbolt because you add what you want latter. Starting at $299.

Those might be top best for you....but the best one out there not for me or for you is the Trx-4 and Trx-6....and of the story ☝️
That’s your opinion, those are also 500 dollars, for someone who doesn’t feel like spending that much, there are other options that are just as capable and are twice as cheap, besides, axial has just as good crawlers as trx4
@@uncleduck6188 still no,I have over 20.000 in rc,semi trucks mostly,and those are 3-4000 each,so coming from a super scale rc the only rc in 4x4 that is scale (to me)and performs good is the Trx☝️axial looks like a cheap toy,and I will never buy one...And of corse that’s my opinion 👌
