    FANTASTIC & GORGEOUS! - The first video to catch my attention after I logged in today. Instinct told me to go for it straightaway. Watched the video from start to finish and then replayed it twice to make sure I didn't miss anything. One of you best videos so far. Executed perfectly, step-by-step, and in style.     This was great. Could you do a standing variation of this as well? I sit pretty much all day so any standing sequence would be super helpful. The overhead stretches specifically, as sitting has caused my back to not be great.
