      Felt much longer to me,but maybe its just because im stressed out. But even though it felt so long,it was so relaxing. Kind of like sleeping,but somehow better

    For some reason I imagined the breathing into the body part as a light making my body glow like the sun. It looked like happiness to me. I also had a smile on my face after a few minutes and honestly it felt like a real genuine smile, which hasn’t happened in years. It felt nice.

    1. Sit In An Active Posture and you may choose to close your eyes
    2. Take a deep breath feeling all air inside of you and exhaling which lasts longer than before
    3. Take another deeper breath feeling air contracting you lungs and rib and exhaling lasting longer than before
    4. Take another even deeper breath feeling the air flow through your body and exhaling it out and notice how you feel now
    5. Now take a deep breath feeling all the air down to your feet
    6. Another deep breath feeling the air all the way down to knees and toes
    7. Next deep breath sending it all the way down to your pelvic region
    8. Next deep breath sending it to the back of your body relaxing your abdominal region
    9. Next deep breath sending it to heart and sending it out of your heart then sending it to your upper torso and your shoulders.
    10. Next deep breath into your neck leading it to your lower jaw relaxing your mouth breathing in the area around your ears. Breathing now all the way to the crown of your head
    11. Next deep breath breathing all around your body feeling it flowing through every part of your body
    12. Continue breathing for a while
    13. Take 3 more deep breaths just like (1,2,3)
    14. Now take the deepest breath sending the air from the top of your body to the tips of toes and feeling it coming back from toes to the top region your body
    15. Now open your eyes and see how you feel
    I wrote this so if anyone comes back to review what he had to do, here you go although it's not upto the point :)

    So I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety the last 3 weeks. It's been tough but it's gotten better. I've slowly been building a routine to keep me busy but also help my body such as walks, yoga, & exercise. I wake up around 6:30 which is much earlier than I normally sleep. This morning though I was up at 5:30. Couldn't get back to sleep, and my anxiety was starting to get bad. I was thinking what could I try to help me calm down. I decided I'd try Meditation and found this video. I wasn't totally sure it was working and by then end I was really starting to think it wasn't working but near the end when he said however it went was how it was supposed to go helped quite a bit. I was trying to feel the things he described but it just wasn't working so I started to feel as if the meditation wasn't doing anything but then 1 little sentence at the end honestly reassured me that it may not have went as I was totally expecting it to but that's ok. How it went is how it was supposed to go. Thank you for this video!

    2. Calm down - the simple and natural way is slow down your breathing

    At one moment I saw myself as a very little girl and my mom very young walking on the beach in Europe for a couple of minutes. So relaxing. So good. I heard the waves of the sea. And then I heard his voice like let's comeback to the room. I opened my eyes with such a gratitude. Feeling amazing. This is my new experience, my new hobby! ❤

    I am diagnosed with anxiety disorder when I was 12 and for me to experience this relaxation for even just a moment is a foreign feeling. It feel so good but scary at the same time.

    to everyone who's contemplating on doing this one or not. let me tell you, i had a little actually a lot of anxiety and i couldn't find any meditation video that worked for me, but this one works so good! even though there was a little noise yet i was so much immersed. thank you!

    I had a very stressful shift at work today, and when i came back my parents suddenly started to yell and scream at me. A few days before i had an emotional break down. I also thought of suicide and self harm. But right now as soon as i changed from my clothe and sat down to do my homework. I cried in silence. I wanted to meditate and see how it will make me feel. And it did help me. I calmed down, and figured out what emotions i was feeling. And thank god i didn’t act on any thought of self harm that i had, i just relaxed my mind and body. This video helped a lot. It didn’t even feel like 10 mins!

    I had anxiety that morning with my chest being tight and palpitations, so i told my friend that i can't go through the day, i HAVE to meditate. She agreed to join me and we sat together listening to this for 10 minutes, by the end we were both bowling our eyes out. I don't know why but we couldn't stop crying, it was like the meditation brought all the heavy feelings to the surface.
    It was a wonderful experience

    I used to do meditation with this video almost every day. Recently, it keeps showing ad in the middle of my meditation. Sadly, I will remove this from my favorite. No one would like a distraction like this in the middle of a meditation.

    I always judged meditation as weird and lame. But after I tried it, I do have to say it’s pretty relaxing. Gets your mind clear and body relaxed.

    Opened my eyes got tingly feet and felt so happy I couldn’t help to giggle to myself 💜looking at all the plants and outside things in my garden gave me the most relaxed feeling. Don’t know why I don’t do this everyday but I want to start!

    literally as soon as i finished this i could feel a space between my brain and skull as if there were tension there before that was giving me an uncomfortable feeling that i wasn’t even aware of, my palms feet and shoulders were so relaxed and i felt free. thank you so much and i appreciate you and everyone else who might read this and is bettering themselves

    Wow It really didn’t feel like like 10mins. When I opened my eyes I felt so relaxed and at peace and almost like I reset my mind, body and feelings. I’m not as stressed and lost in my thoughts from over thinking about things and I’m not worried about anything.     i suffer from anxiety and depression, all my week has been hell at work, i been waking up with my heart raising fast and it has to do with negative thoughts, at the moment i have not taken any medications but will soon since my appointment is in weeks, i started meditated i did it for 3 minutes and i noticed it helped me a lot it actually relaxes you

    Meditation can be different for everyone. For me it’s just about relaxing my body and clearing my mind. I do this by listening to music I really enjoy. After a workout your cortisol levels are high and it helps to reduce cortisol levels for better recovery. So I try to “meditate” for just a few minutes after a workout to relax my body and mind to reduce cortisol levels and give my body a chance for better recovery. That’s just my way though and it works for me. You just need to discover what works for you. Great video 👍🏻

    I’ve really been stressed for a while, so I’ve been binging a lot. I’m putting this in my after workout playlist so after my workout I don’t binge. I’ll be coming back to see if it works

    going to do this daily, gonna keep track of it all here,
    day 1: felt like I was so relaxed, realized I wanted to feel that sensation again
    day 2 : same as before,
    day 3 (today) : felt like it was way easier for me to do my breathing, and it's so relaxing and peaceful once I open my eyes.
    day 4 (10/23) : tried a different guided meditation you guys had, it had less instructions, so I just did naturally what I did here, felt great afterwards
    Day 5&6 : Things came up, couldn't meditate, continuing tomorrow (the 26th of october)
    day 7: at the start, my stomach was feeling really cramped (cant tell if i was hungry or not), but by the end, it felt completely fine, I was able to breathe in easier.
    During this day, I didn't feel much of my body being tensed up, I feel like this week (basically), really helped me with loosing up.
    Not going to stop!

    As soon as I started, I felt serenity and comfort. I was at peace and it didn’t even feel like 10 minutes. At one point I started to feel like I wanted to get distracted and move around. But, I breathed and focused and it went away. I opened my eyes at the end and felt light and less stressed. Thank you for this!

    The peace i felt after i opened my eyes are like it was god given miracle than literally enters your mind and really make it calm. Im in tears this is the peace i’ve been finding in my entire existence. What a great experience.
