- First a brief apology for delays in uploading our theft recovery operation vlogs - There have been several challenges preventing this until now - however normal service is resumed, so keep tuned in for regular updates whilst we work to clear the backlog of operational videos. đđ
An early morning call from a motorcycle owner reporting his Triumph Sprint 955i stolen starts our day with an external alarm request. His Automatrics motorcycle tracker connects and a finder is immediately deployed, with a request for Met police attendance. Who will get to this stolen bike first? Follow the operation to see how things unfold.
We received a second call for help later that day from a second customer requesting our assistance to help locate and recover a stolen lighting tower showing to the East of Gatwick Airport.
This operational day was a busy one, with a series of small but significant challenges which would all be needed to be overcome to bring home the perfect result.

@@chokeizm he has aged, I presume with covid and poss some losses going through the court system its not been easy to work in office, on the road, store and edit the footage etc, but next one is from mid feb so they will catch up with some interesting stuff, dont forget in some of the lockdown weeks anything travelling on the road was sus to the police !

Two good recoveries, Richard.
The low loader driver did well.
A very tight area to maneuver in, especially with the amount of trailer overhang there was.
Watched about 10 of these videos now and I'm loving it. Out of all of them the police response has been great from all forces except the Met. This is the third video now with sub-par police response and all three were the Met ... Best one so far was Wiltshire police coming up to London to do the job properly!

At least you don't have to be worried about getting beaten or shot for existing...

When we were burgled the police said 4-6 hours , I mentioned we had 2 shotguns in the house and CID were there in 20 mins !

Im guessing that not everyone who has a vehicle or equipment nicked, wants their recovery plastered all over You Tube, however grateful they are and, other potential legal issues that prevent these as a daily episodes of Eastenders.
Good to see you back making videos. As a two way radio tech, who has had to do direction finding to find stuck transmitters and jammers, I do enjoy a good old fashioned RF track.

@@AutomatricsMtrack have you ever thought about putting a RX on a multirotor with a 2.4 or 5.8ghz link to the ground, you would be able to find the direction of a beacon well beyond the range where you would get nothing on the ground. it is possible to use the rssi from your system to send it via the crafts telemetry to a groundstation or display it in the OSD of its video feed.

we get u but makes no sense this is the uk MANY are getting stolen too many to put a figure on but i imagine they have sold more than 10k units which means MANY out of that 10k even 3k bikes get stolen.. specially in london every secound 1 is taken

Lovely! Always a good watch, especially when it's been a while. I'm in the process of designing/building a tracker for my own car (an ESP32 running micropython, with a GPS board and a GPRS data board) but I'm discovering how difficult it is to get it to work reliably.

Love this tracking company so much. Saved my bike 2 times becos companies ever. Always had my bike back straight away in 5 mins. except last time as I was on the phone giving the police location as it was moving. So good I could time the police the speed it away doing witch line the bike away in thatâs how amazing it is. With in 5 mins the police was behinds them 7 police cars was responding. So proud

Must be disheartening whenever you have to deal with the Met police as they're so inept it's untrue. If they spent more time helping fight real, everyday crime like stolen vehicles - rather than taking photos and laughing at murdered women or actually abducting and killing innocent women - then the public would have a bit more respect for them. The sooner Cressida Dick gets the boot - the better. Love - really love - your videos by the way. đ
