I think you should re-phrase the feedback question from "Why do you think its better" to something like "Why do you like it better" ....slight difference but it'll get people less thrown off by the sharpness of the first one and they'll be more open to elaborate on why they like the fragrance. Just my 2 cents.

I have both and we’ll EDP is fresher more inviting all season any time especially in heat. Le Parfum shines in more evening out and about times, night time wear and a showstopper

Between EDP and Le Perfume likely In any area it base on wether , such my Country 30-37 degree under sun , so EDP is not smell long until 6 hour for EDP , but Le Perfume can be 12 hour . Love YSL 😍 Manly

I own both. I’m 39 and much prefer y edp. Straight beast mode. Le parfum is good just toned down and either I go nose blind or idk feel it don’t last near as long
Ysl y edp is my signature perfume…my gal loves it on me…havent tried le parfum but i will certainly give it a try once my edp juice gets down..

Hi saw your videos and wondered if you could do some on the Bvlgari Aqva line. Particularly Bvlgari Aquva Marine OR atlantique. Both are fresh fragrances and you don’t see many videos on them

Better longevity? I bought 2 different batches of Le Parfum and neither lasted over 5 hours on clothes. If yours lasts long tell me the batch code. I do love the smell though.

Several days before, I watched a video that said YSL Y EDP can compete with Dior Sauvage or even better.
Today I just buy YSL Y Le Parfum, after smelling it, I don't think it can be compared to Dior Sauvage.

ALWAYS sniff test on your skin first at the store if you can or buy samples online. Don’t fall victim to CZcams reviewers who are either collaborating with these brands/websites or making videos with ‘controversial’ takes for views and that YT ad $$ + running discount codes and receiving a cut of every sale that uses the code, usually 10-20%, on top of already pulling a “collab fee”. They often always have a financial interest in saying some shit to get you to depart with your money - regardless of what they say about being honest and not receiving a paid promotion or whatever. How would you *actually* know anyway? I go with Aaron Terrence Hughes for reviews he’s the best reviewer bc these other people are just paid spokespeople no matter what they say

Parfum puts EDP and Dior Sauvage in the dust imo. Best smelling frag I’ve came across yet. I was using Prada Black and BDC and I don’t even touch those barely anymore since I bought Y Le Parfum.
Edp for me.
Great clean smell.
Just too many better options available for warmer scents compared to La Parfum.

Is there something wrong with the performance of Y Edp? I literally smell it for 4 hours and after that it’s gone
Don't rely on if you can still smell it but if others can smell it, your own nose can quickly or at last after some time make you blind, especially if you keep on smelling on your arm or its projecting heavily from your neck/chest to your nose.
You've become anosmic to it.
I smell it on me all day and it stays on my clothes for days
Just my hypothesis after watching 2 different content creator with same video title.
1. The edp ver is better in a colder area temperature. And the le parfum ver is better in higher temp.
2. Based on women personality, edp is better with strong character women, they don't get annoyed by the stronger smell, but liked it. A calm women would rather like the le parfum ver because it's not too strong
People obsessed with ranking best fragrances at 8.
If i have to choose one of them what do you advise me
Parfum especially if you are over 25 but the best for you to do is try them out for yourself

There are so many flaws in these tests. I understand why you would compare these, but you are comparing just their openings on paper strips. Usually a parfum will have more layers and they won’t even get a sense of the base notes yet

Just because they got tired of smelling the EDP so when you give them another perfume that smells good they always chose it, like when they say blue electric is better than the original la nuit de l'homme when this is not true each one have it own uses, never trust youtubers review usually they are used to smell high quality perfums and they smelled a lot of them to the point when they don't care about the smell anymore they just look for the quality and try to give a proffesionel review and not a personnel preference review

Smell-wise I give a tiny edge to Le Parfum, but EdP seems more projecting to me. So overall, EdP is the better deal for the money imo.
Really depends what you are looking for. Some people really value beast projection. I work in an office and can sometimes appreate nice sents with a closer proximity. Depends on the situation

Tried out Y Le Parfum at Bloomingdale’s in NYC and the price is over $150 with taxes. Ridiculous. On discount websites, the price is still over $120. I get that there’s inflation globally but this is too much.
Just bought y le parfum for 160us$ its a great fragrance, don’t be cheap
In germany you can find it for 74€ with discount codes ( 100 ml)
Well just get the 200 ml for 215.2 bottles in one for 35 extra bucks
200ml for €120 these days. Good price if you ask me

I bought Le today $180. Smells good and I know I wont smell like the rest of you cheap bastards. I prefer the EUT over EDP though.

get the edp they both smell good, i use y edp for daytime and y le parfum for nightime, the edp projects way more while the y le parfum doesnt project as much ( it is expected since it is a parfum ) but last more on skin maybe 2 to 3 hours more than the edp.
