Today I will be discussing a massive twist in the Boku no Hero story, a twist which revealed something incredibly important about one of the first villains that we met in the series. But beyond this recent twist which revealed Kurogiri’s shocking secret identity, in this video I will also be explaining why Kurogiri is going to become a far more important character than we may have thought at first glance.

@@undeadsoldier3258 to be fair, the neglect was partially his fault. If you look at the manganese panel , it is clear that he looked like a serial killer and that's why people neglected him. They were afraid.

When AFO mentioned that Kurogiri's warp can only work if Kurogiri has the exact coordinates of the target location, the chapter explains it. Kurogiri has been to UA all along!
I feel Shirakumo's consciousness is still alive, somewhere in a limbo between warps. The Kurogiri body is just a body in coma. Separating the consciousness and the physical brain does not seem impossible with all the quirks out there. Besides, with Ujiko's database of quirks, AFO can find a good mix of the right quirks for the process.

But in all seriousness bringing someone back from the dead could be a major motivation for the traitor. going back to the uraraka example her parents are the whole reason she's a hero. If something happens to them she might resort to drastic measures to bring them back. And it's not just her this could have happend to anyone in class 1-A.

We dont know the plot yet. But maybe he wasnt actually dead but on a BRINK of it before turning him into nomu. So theres still a chance that he will come back as a normal person like he used to be
billy boberson why not. Her power isn’t healing, its time reversal. She can reverse time on anything. When midorya did the thing at the end of the current anime arc, eri did something at the same time to keep him from dying. If it is just time reversal, there’s no saying what she can do.

Shirakumo had the cloud quirk which was the base of the black mist quirk meaning that the teleportation was an added quirk. Maybe all for one figured out a way to form a recently deceased person into a nomu but retain their intelligence, with the original nomu’s that we see earlier in the story being created before Kirogiri. Hood and the advanced nomu might be a result of All for One attempting to make more sentient nomu by killing some villains and reanimating them.
The nomu that shigaraki has access to in seasons 1 to 3 likely all came from that warehouse that the heroes seized before All for One destroyed it in his battle against All Might.
I believe shirokumo was still alive and his death was falsified before being turned into a nomu too!

I think the reason why Kurogiri is so advanced despite being so much older than the late Nomu's is both the quality of the base quirk of the subject, and the base body of the subject, as well as the resources available. It might be incredibly expensive to develop one Nomu as intelligent as Kurogiri, and the late Nomu's were made in haste, in hopes of the numbers in the masses be more efficient thab developing a few quality Nomus. It would also explain why we've only seen one Nomu who could go toe-to-toe with All Might, but the group Nomu's that Endeavor fights aren't nearly as strong.

Uh, could there have been a quirk that enables a person to "re-write" or "program" a person, but it cancels out the normal nomu's problem of inchoherent speech, but i may be able to excuse this as "they're programmed to fight, their healing enables them to be a fighting machine" but it's flimsy why wouldn't afo just give them the IQ needed to beat heroes so it's a flimsy theory at best.

Because all for one wasn’t hurt 14 years ago so he was able to turn oburo. Then All might beat up all for one and he lost a lot of power. So the doctor had to focus on helping him. All for one wasn’t able to redo nomus like before. Hopefully my theory is right. 🤞🏼

i dont think endeavors son is dead, the theory is that touya is actually Dabi, which kinda makes sense, since dabi looks like touya, and both have fire quirks.
@@thomaskinlaw8063 Well, in a recent chapter we SEE a japanese shrine to the deceased with the brothers photo in it, so it is likely that he either died and may have become a nomu or he is Dabi and... I dont know, something happened? Basically just picking straws at this point with literally no info, but I think it is likely too, just in how it happened I dont think we CAN know until later.

Forgetting that Ujiko has the little Nomu with the bring people you know to you quirk. All for one can get out at any time.

You made a good point if he was really alive and that they made him appear/look dead, which if that's the case it would make my other comment sorta invalid and would make sense, because sense it's shirakumo's body fully intact sense we can see his face and everything it would make sense as to why his body wasn't altered like other characters who became nomu looking entirely different than how they looked befote

Kurogiri could possibly have an intelegence boostiing quirk as well as cloud, and a quirk that allows for something akin to teleportation
I usually try to avoid the manga because I like seeing everything brought out in the anime in full animated Glory, a few times involving information that the manga reveals. Whenever this character was revealed, I was actually really interested in his design and character. Then, some early theories about how he could be Kurogiri came up, and I was intrigued even more. But now, after learning this, I kind of wish it was just that.
There is already a theory of he's a nomu.
So, Horikoshi is probably only getting this idea from fans!

Hard agree on the prison break arc thing, I've been feeling it since the Overhaul arc.
But just wanna say this has been one of my favorite things to have happened in the story so far and i've really loved this discussion/theory. But one things really stuck out to me.
I never considered that Oburo might have been alive when he was turned into a Nomu, I thought it was ridiculous at first but then something popped into my brain that made me believe it's possible.
*This is a spoiler for vigilantes so please don't read unless you're up to date.*
How was Oburo cheering Aizawa on if he was supposed to be dead? Looking back on it now, they really made a point of making you know everyone else thought he was 100% dead and that Aizawa must have been hearing things.
He was buried in rubble, but somehow he was able to talk through his gourd (which I never even knew was a radio before that to be honest) but when all the rescue stuff happened, the radio was apparently busted and the bloodied sheet they had over his corpse looked like his head was caved in.
Aizawa mentioned something in a recent chapter about the possibility of his corpse being taken before his apparent cremation.
But we never saw the body. So now i'm feeling he was taken before that. I think he was actually taken duing the cleanup after Aizawa defeated that attack absorbing villain.
So yeah, those are my thoughts and even if i'm wrong, somethings definitely up and I'm getting hyped up for this series all over again!
My favorite character:
1) Male characters: Izuku Midoriya, Tomura Shigaraki, Shoto Todoroki, Eijiro Kirishima.
2) female characters: Ochaco Uraraka, Momo Yayorozu, Himiko Toga, Mina Ashido, Nejire Hado, Itsuka Kendo.
