This is amazing!!! I have been following you guys for probably over 10 years! I’m a big dude, and have used your techniques to significantly improve my run time. I’ve also been in the Army for 12 years, and this is the first I’ve heard of this being implemented!!! I’m so exited that you guys have made your way to us!! I’m stoked!

Thank you for the short introduction at Ft Bliss CTC couple weeks ago! I'm hooked and wish I learned this years ago. Hopefully I get used to it, but I feel like I'm getting tired out quicker with this method. Only been a little over a week practicing though. I am a bit faster though. Maybe because I'm faster is what is making me more tired? Definitely going to sign up for the class.

Hi Jonathan and thank you! As to your question, the most common reason for that is putting in more effort than necessary. Are you lifting your foot too high? All you need is to lift it to break contact with the ground, your speed will dictate the trajectory and the actual height. The faster you run, the higher your foot will travel in response. This 'getting used to' usually settles within 2-3 weeks of consistent drilling and strength training. Developing running specific strength will help with fatigue, perception and speed.
