- Easy family meal everyone will love. Nacho Mac and Cheese Pie recipe totally vegan and high protein. Flavor first with Crushed tortilla chip and chickpea crust, high protein chickpea pasta, that soy-free/nut-free nacho cheese sauce y'all have been waiting for...layers of seasoned and seared tofu, wilted baby spinach...more cheese sauce. This will feed a family or make some great meal prep to keep you going for days during the lockdown!

The first thing I watched this morning instead of the news being the first thing, thank you for fortifying my mind, heart, future taste buds and body before listening to the heartbreaking news of the day, I also need to mention that I'm also soooooo blown away at all the good coming out in many many people, not all but many many people💞👏🏼💝🥰😷😭🌎🙏🏼. Just made this. It’s fantastic! I made the cheese sauce too kickin’ for the kids with the roasted jalapeño....so be sure to check the heat of your jalapeño. This was excellent! So glad I found your channel!

WOW! Such an indulgent recipe with so many healthy ingredients! Honestly, no one would know you sneaked in all those veggies (chickpeas, sweet potato, cauliflower, bean pasta..) ;D
Also, the techniques you used(searing the tofu or charring the jalapeno), in spite of not having a fully equipped kitchen, must have made the biggest difference! Very useful flavour enhancing tips!
The final dish looked INSANE! Very impressive!

Ikr, what a weird combo. I would at least cut out the peas and sweet potato chunks and add in tomatoes and black beans. Just my personal preference.
