Hey Maury I usually do my running in the mornings every 3 to four days a week. But weekends seem so busy for me to follow on Saturday mornings. Also I still run on the same day later in the afternoon cause of studying for finals. What's your advice?
I love your page. Im a new runner and scheduled to run a half in Feb. i need all the tips i can get so i'll be tuning in daily
I do my long runs during the week too! I show my horse on weekends, so no time to run. Great video!
Hey Maury I do long runs on the weekends. It may seem so busy but it fits my schedule.

Any suggestions on when an illness sidetracks your training by a week? at week 9 in my 10 week training program.
