    SEATTLE TRIP 2024 SERIES - Day 4 / Episode 4
We are back in Seattle for some fun with the Haskill boys. It's another family reunion and first day in Seattle. We start with a visit to the Pike Place Market. We take grandma on a tour of the market and sample lots of delicious foods, such as pastries at Piroshky Piroshky and Le Panier, as well as chowders at Pike Place Chowder, and some new foods/sandwiches at Michou World Class Deli, along with other foods. We enjoy a little fun time at the Famous Seattle Gum Wall and at the Seattle Waterfront, along with some shopping.
Dinner takes place in Capitol Hill at the Fern Thai Eatery & Bar. It is a delicious evening of such great food. Really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. We also enjoyed some wonderful new desserts at the Coche Valley Dessert Cafe. They serve Shibuya Toast, Bing Su, Rainbow Shaved Ice, and Japanese Crepes. Had some great desserts and lots of fun. Continued the fun outside with some Haskill Boy entertainment and a little dancing.
Next Up: Brunch at Toulouse Petite, spend some time at the International District and Uwijiyama Market, as well as enjoy some Korean rice dogs. We spend a little time at the Gasworks Park with the awesome skyline of Seattle, and find some trolls underneath a bridge. We finish the night with some Pike Place Market leftovers at our Hotel.

We love our days at Pike Place. So much food, but so little time. Love finding new places to visit at the Pike. This time around it was Michou, which has a large assortment of delicious sandwiches. We of course enjoy all the regular food eateries as well. Got to spend some time in the waterfront enjoying some shopping and coffee. The dinner at Fern Thai was an unexpected delicious surprise. Really enjoyed the food and the company. We also found a wonderful new dessert spot at Coche Valley Dessert Cafe. The dessert was great.

The amount of food buy at the Pike and the amount we actually eat equals money wasted. But Fern Thai is delicious!

I love the food at Pike Place, but yes, we need to plan the food better. And I would agree with the food at Fern Thai. Was pretty good!
