Join us as we enjoy Italian Cuisine at Spinasse, eat Rice Dogs in Chinatown, tour Pioneer Square, find our new hotel - Hyatt Regency Downtown, and finish with some shave ice treats at Snowy Village
SEATTLE TRIP SERIES 2023 - Day 6 Episode 7
We move into our new hotel in Downtown Seattle - Hyatt Regency. Beautiful hotel with some stunning views of the city, especially the higher you are. We return to the International District for some Chung Chun Rice Dogs and Seattle's Best Tea/Smoothies. We tour Pioneer Square and check out Occidental Square. We happen upon a waterfall in the middle of town, supposedly the birthplace of UPS. We thoroughly enjoy a family dinner at Spinasse. Lots of wonderful Italian food and enjoyed a birthday celebration. Finished the night with another shave ice location - Snowy Village in the University District. This time it is Korean Shave Ice. Nice, fun day in the Emerald City.
NEXT UP: Last Day in Seattle...A full day at the Pike Place Market. Lots and lots of food, desserts, and fun. Dinner at Marination visiting the Amazon Center.

Spending a birthday in Seattle is lots of fun. Birthday dinner at Spinasse was great. Food was delicious, ambiance was great, and the company was the best ever. Enjoyed our Korean shave ice. It was definitely something new. We also had a good relaxing slow day in the International District and Pioneer Square. Found a waterfall in the middle of town that we didn't know existed. Also, loved moving to the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Downtown. Such a great beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown with easy access to everything. A little walking needed, but still close to things, and was a nice area.
