Heal Pain Naturally from within: A Guided Mindfulness Meditation

  • Take 20 minutes out of your day to practice this guided mindfulness meditation for pain relief and relaxation. Today's meditation scans your body as an anchor to this present moment. It will connect you to what is good in your body right now and invite the peace to expand within you. We often resist pain, we don't like to be uncomfortable, and we push it down and mask the pain. This resistance to the sensations in our body can cause additional suffering.
While this meditation practice is not a substitute for medical treatment if needed, it can help to ease the suffering and find the positive to connect with.
    We hope you enjoy!

    This is so effective! Thank
You ❤. Especially helpful to learn to “feel pain from the inside” and give attention to it, vs fighting against feeling it. Relieves the constant tension of fighting chronic body pain. My system becomes so relaxed, that I unintentionally fall asleep before practice is over. What a gift ;)

That was lovely. Especially the focus on expanding what feels good in the body. This is something I completely forget to notice when I am in pain, and it seems so worthwhile to remember to acknowledge what's working and expand that, instead of habitually falling into fear and trying to push away discomfort.

This channel has been so great for me... I have been trying to work through childhood trauma and I also have severe scoliosis... The fact that this video plays so heavily into the real sensations of pain rather the just telling me to let it go, is life changing on it's own. I am so happy to have found your meditations and I am so happy you do what you door enrich lives. Thank you.

Exactly. As someone who struggles w a physical pain disorder just being told to let it go is inadequate sometimes. It's hard to deal w physical painandd be spiritual sometimes..Hope everyone dealing w an illness or physcial pain might find some ease and comfort only if it is brief 🙏🙏🙏

This meditation is truly amazing, I've been struggling with the effects of stroke of burning sensation and chronic pain for the last few years, tried so many things and I've been on so many strong painkillers but nothing helped the chronic pain much...But today I listened to this and it actually helped ease the pain. I'm so excited to attend the mini course which I've signed up for.. Thank you so much Sara, you're indeed a great blessing🙏🏻🙌🏻❤️🥰

This meditation captured so many important elements. To find parts of our body experiencing pain and parts that are not. To be grateful to our body for the energy it does have and to be peaceful with the part that is experiencing pain. I am in the habit of saying that 80%of my body is excellent but the other 20%is in pain especially when my family and friends lovingly inquire. This helps me to put a boundary around my pain.
Thank you. I will listen to this twice a day to maintain my emotional well being during this painful time. We cannot rid ourselves of pain through meditation but we can change our attitude to it
I am a long term mindfulness meditator.
I encourage those new to meditation to have patience. Meditation has changed the way I view life and my responses to various aspects of life.
    🙏

This actually worked!!! have PCOS and will get pain at about a 9 when I have a cyst burst on my right ovary. This is pain usually Tylenol nor Ibuprofen can touch, and it's takes 25-45 minutes if it does touch it. This took about 5 mins and pain lightened. I did this sitting with my legs crossed, Indian style you could say. The pain slowly faded and I fell asleep sitting up. I woke up because my head bobbed and had only a slight pain like a bearable 1. Thank you isn't enough!

The last couple of days I had a migraine and I could relax because of this mefitation and the pravtice to love and thank my body brought a piece of lightness and a tingeling feeling. It took the attention of my head and made me feel the rest of my body in a good way. I am so grateful you made this ❤️

Thank you so much. This meditation has definitely brought me a sense of peace, eace and calm. Being able to sit and be present with the painful sensations and acknowledging it, then counter balancing that with the sensations in my body that are at ease was so effective. Taking the focus away from feeling stuck with the pain and allowing me to experience that my body isn't just pain, but is also peace. Its brought so much relief, thank you.

Nice to listen to, lovely voice but the meditation is really vague. I need more detail in how to find ease, how look at my internal energy. How can I focus on anything but my pain? nothing else can get attention. "Thank my body for its ability to feel the sensations?" Was that a joke? It’s the sensations of pain that are ruining my life. "Let go of what is no longer serving you" lovely idea...how?
