Maven, you've done it again. There was no cycling in this vid, but you done my eyes well!!! Great vid bro and thx for bringing us along!!!
I love hiking and camping in the snow, it's absolutely the best.
Great VLOG Mark. Very different, but very enjoyable and interesting. As i've never been to the snow. What an eye opener. You can keep it! the winter months here in Brissy, is cold enough!! as always, take Care!
Excellent. Mark, these vlogs really are about you whatever the activity.
Man , the vids , your camera skills and editing are awesome! Keep it up Mark! Should have took some beers mate! Cheers!
The Cycling glasses definitely suited this trek. Great vid!
True solider , never tells !!!!!
Man, this video was sick! Possibly one of your best... Still blows my mind having only just found out in the last year or so that you have this terrain down in Aus! A lot more variety to the country than most people know, I'd say
Blue mountains it snows 1200 metres above sea level , 100km of Sydney Cbd . Australia highest Mountain is 2200 metres , highest sealed road in Australia The Great Alpine rd 18000 metres above sea level . It snows above 800 metres
Awesome, really enjoyed that cheers
Great work, almost feel disappointed seeing you drive in the city afterwards. Well done 🖒
I love this - great work!
loved it, looks like a Summer day in my native Scotland.
Loved this vlog Mark. I felt cold watching it brrrrrr
Great stuff as usual.
Looks amazing
Fantastic video!
Great video Mark.. i had no idea you get snow and cold weather down in Oz!!
Great vid lads, see you in the back country some time..!
That's so awesome! Looking at those food makes me hungry
Awesome experience.
Different and enjoyable.
nice video!, where is the location that you parked on the road at 3:04?
If cars are left overnight in day car parks, it messes up snow clearing. Better a ticket than being side-swiped by a snow-clearing grader. Resort entry fees suck but the resorts have to be self-funding, no government subsidy
Nice video thanks
NICE ONE!!!!
Great vlog 🦏 👍👍👍👍🍺 keep up the good work
awesome adventure :-)
Interesting vlog. Just wondering was this Fri and Sat? I rode up there on Friday with beautiful weather, but the weather turned on Saturday.
Hi Maven, any chance you could drop a quick list of equipment used for this? Cheers
4:31 Mavens Chopper impersonation haha
11:40 always bring more socks mate!!!
Plastic Garmont Excursion Telemark ski boots have an inner boot that can be removed and put into your sleeping bag at night . In the morning your inner boot will be dry and warm. The plastic outer boot is waterproof. Diesel and snow? . Know your vehicle's limitations!
More vids with Rambo...dude is mysterious af
Super Cool 😨
Can you tell what are the equipment we must need for this adventure
when did you go their and what is that place please tell ???
How’d that guy know of Duke University?
Getting stuck there, that will probably make me think twice going to the snow with a fwd. I think I would rather a bus trip instead.
Why are you all not using Back country XC skis? Real friends do not allow others to snow shoe walk! ;-P
Next time take a Teslar to the snow
Did you wear sunscreen,?
Wear a brim hat for that bald head!😊
Buy alpine diesel at bright or mt beauty
It’s pretty brutal the fines associated with Alpine area. You have to do your homework.
Please help me enter Australia
It seems dangerous
2nd
Why'd you drive up to Hotham???? Walking up from Harrietville is free.
Seriously; I do back country hiking all the time. I've never paid resort entry for a vehicle. Hit me up for advice, if you plan to go back.
split board bro
I have a jones solution or any other there all good now and quality

Australia is some of the hardest back-country conditions
this is why now i'm saving for revelstoke hahaha
fallscreek ski patrol told me off for taking nephew up wishing well
and 15 yrs ago everyone would skin up the cat tracks . resorts have become very police state
and never was a issue in the past.
So in other words...you havent done much
Maven that SAS bloke looks like he could rip a heart out of mountain goat with his bare hands and eat it raw. #Hardasfook.
You should take the bill from Alpine Auto to the authorities who gave you the parking ticket. Tell them that it wouldn't start and you had to get help. I am not saying to lie, but don't divulge all the story (The fact you were in the outback for two days). Maybe they will then dismiss the fine. Worth a try.
8:11 James Ramsey cares about location of campsite.
lol 14:43 Maven cares about location of campsite.
1st 😊
Bunch of muppets, and he is no sas... would know how to fix diesel fuel and not show his face...
Former SAS don't have to hide their face's. Have you not noticed Ben Robert Smith on TV with no blur over his face? You're a bit bloody special aren't you buddy.
