It's totally not true.
The M113 (and I have used this vehicle when in the Army) is too lightly armored for the modern battlefield: the armor is aluminum and the normal machin-gun bullets penetratated him with no difficulty. It's literally a coffin fon the infantry inside when it. The russian drones are destroying the Bradleys, a more armored successor, imagine the M113.
Furthermore, 27 !??! Really? How long will they last? Two days?
Let's no joke: is more emptying of dated western arsenals of scrap metals rather than aid.
