90 days into my carnivore journey and loving the results still. Definitely carrying on with it 😁 Down to 95kg. My wallet is lighter too thanks to the need to buy new jeans!

Meat keeps up healthy and what product do the climate people want to ban the most and doctors say is the most harmful?
Not all Doctors. My General Practitioner seems happy enough with my decision to switch to a carnivore diet.

Plants are toxic. We need as many people as possible eating this way. The pandemic of metabolic disease is crushing to my soul to watch
Where do u buy ur steaks
I mostly buy them at LIDL. Sometimes I cut my own if I buy a chuck from the butcher.
