    Dont get me rong. Love yoga with Adriene. Done it everyday for 3-4 years now. But always feel sooo happy when we get a very short practes on a saterday 😁 Am i the only one ?

    Truly these short ones are saving me. I have been in a slight funk for a moment and have been meaning to do a 40 min practice on this playlist. But low energy again today so another short ones to keep me going. Going to try again to put the longer one on tomorrow

    Blessed Beloved Refresh Yogis! Day 13 is a nice kick-start for an early morning workout 💪🏾 mentally, physically, and spiritually. I actually began to sweat in 7-mins. I'm ready for meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️, calisthenics, weight training and a run. 🏃🏿‍♀️ I'm taking a break from my personal daily headstand practice to honor my body. Best wishes everyone!     On the calendar again today. I was not certain that I should do this sequence given the healing SI joint, but now afterwards I am glad I did. It melted away some of the lingering emotional stress from work Thursday.

    Intention : energize the day by connecting to my body
    I discovered that there's a different sensation to my upper back when I spread my fingers wider when I reach up, unlike my usual open palms it is just the shoulder blades that is active. This boost practice is awesome to start my day right, and happy to discover something about my body.

      I chose this one this early morning as I am limited on time. I do miss second shift teaching. I felt motivated after practicing so this one is a good one to keep in mind as a motivator for when there is more time.

I'm travelling for work next week and looking at the calendar, this would have been a better week for next week's practices as I have more time, BUT I'm going to roll with it and squeeze my YWA time in! I'll for sure keep some of the elements in this practice in mind on the days I'm flying! ✈

    This was awesome-especially for when you don't have a lot of time! I have a full day ahead and came to my mat feeling sluggish. I really liked the sway in forward fold. It was amazing for my back and the flush of energy that came afterward woke me up. I also liked the cross over exercises. I had never done the first set and I thought they were fun and energizing

    i didn’t have time to do any yoga yesterday and barely today, so this felt really good. thankfully i have time tomorrow to do some yoga! thank you Adriene!
