The problem with those clips is that they are funny, but like this one, the cuts ruin the punchlines and are way to egregious throughout the video

That’s a great way to describe Louis, he may not be the most animated guy, but he ‘goes there’ in ways most people DONT
That's why I think Louis beats Chappelle just by a little bit because there are some topics that even Chappelle won't go near but Louis does. He doesn't give a f#ck and I love him for it.
It’s also amazing HOW he takes us to those dark places. Classic example is the “of course, but maybe” bit.
He’s a master at starting a joke with statements that are almost impossible to disagree with, logically.
Then once the audience laughs and agrees, he takes the joke a step further, then another, then another, then another……
And by the end, the audience either agrees with some really F’d up statement or becomes a hypocrite.

Louis is the top comedian in the game. Maybe not the funniest, but the smartest.
Good way to phrase it. Sometimes I'll go a minute or so without a big laugh, but I'm always fascinated with his unique mind. Undeniably brilliant.
Even on podcasts, especially as he gets older, he's just full of fascinating insights. The wisdom is undeniable. Carlin, him and Doug Stanhope, the most brilliant minds in comedy imo. Sure, Burr and Chappelle are giants too, but not even near these three, for me

Many great existential points to think about right there, I mean I already thought some of that ever since my post teenage many years ago. Surprised how well thought out and carefully put into hilarious humour this 's been . If everyone put this to work , our collective reasoned minds to living in a society, we all should get along better man and woman AND behind speaking openly about suicide like this , from existential point of view , there would be less of that IMO.

Lol but the truth to that idea, I'm a big believe that people will go down through some low low times, but when you're at the lowest, you only have up to go from there. I've seen it with my owns eyes of people who looked to be going no where and all a sudden, that opportunity hits out of the blue and flips their entire life around. Patience is key.

Which is what George Carlin did also. He started a special by saying how people who protest abortions are always the ones you wouldn't even fuck in the first place (or something along those lines). And that was one of the things that was so impressive to Louis about Carlin, that he would get straight to the point and speak his mind the moment he steps on the stage. Louis said this himself, in a speech where he paid tribute to Carlin after his death, if im not mistaken. For those that haven't seen that, please look it up. After that, it becomes very obvious how as years pass, Louis becomes more and more like Carlin (in his own unique way, ofc) and we are all lucky to witness it

What are the abortion laws in England? I assume they're much tighter than America like almost everywhere else on Earth
90% of Europe has a 15-week limit on abortion (including England). In over half of the US states, you can still get an abortion, for any reason, up to 20 weeks, and even a lot of the conservative states still allow abortions up to 15 weeks. Also, most of those European countries also require "social" or "financial" hardships to get an abortion. They also allow doctors to be conscientious objectors. A woman I knew from college had a good friend in Italy that literally could not find someone that would give her an abortion while approaching 15 weeks in Italy. She had to go to London to find one.
The laws in Europe in general are tighter.

It's not like they banned abortion. People just dont get what they did their letting states decide if they want it or not. People can vote to keep it and if you dont agree with the majority of the state you can move to one that have the same views as you.
