- Hello friends! I had a tube change this week and the past two didn't go as planned, so I wanted to vlog this one. Thankfully all was well and now you all can see what I have to do every three months to take care of my tube and all that stuff.

Just changed my G tube the other day too! I love you videos because I can relate with you having a feeding tube aswell!
I have had a lot of health problems this last year and had an NG until October which is when I got my G tube. I’ve not had a change yet but am VERY due for one. I’m so terrified about it. How do you know you got it all the way into the stomach and didn’t just move the stomach out of the way? I can’t feel my insides and so I think I’d just miss my stomach and have to go to the hospital. My nearest hospital is 30 minutes away so it’s much harder to feel comfortable with changing it myself. 😭

Are they going to give you a GJ tube now that you have the gastroparesis diagnosis?
as of now i’m still tolerating my G tube feeds decently well so no changes are needed!
You look fine sorry to this say howcome you have Gtube on your weight it's looks good. Have my since Dec last year to able to live gotta weight 75 lbs to able to get my gtube of here I never had before 🥺 until my other doctor messed up my stomach almost die long story guess thats why need to make it okay hopefully have my surgery soon... p.s. make drink alot waters here also have a ostomy here yea just long story 😔be strong girly and happy holidays!! Gonna a follow youtube.

Some folks need it to continue to maintain a healthy weight. You don’t stop being sick once you get your weight back up. Beside overweight people can be malnourished too. It’s about your caloric and nutrition intake and how much you are able to tolerate eating orally, more than it’s about weight. You can have severe vitamin deficiencies etc. and still be overweight. And people can also gain weight for other things so weight gain is not always indicative of diet.
