    Thanks for a solid intro to the basics. What I ask when people are too fixated on the spilt is, would you rather have 100% of one deal, or 70% of two deals? What the training and marketing (leads) help new agents to get are more deals.

Currently on information overload but I know this will be so rewarding in the long run!! Thanks for your video!

    I really enjoy your videos. They help me to be less stress and confident in what career I’m getting into. Even though I’m only 16. I have looked at several schools for real state, If I remember correctly you said in one of your videos that you went to school.
    How did you decide on your school you were going? And what are things that I can do to prepare?

      Hey, I went to Georgia State University, but eventually left to pursue Real Estate full time. I always like the class I took in the description of my videos. Real Estate Express is a great school for Real estate.

    My question to you is can you learn just as well at the boutique brokerages that you would with the big name? Are boutique brokerages for more seasoned agents?

    • @ashynv
      @ashynv Před 2 lety

      it honestly depends on what each brokerage has to offer and what type of training you are looking for. My group at exp does a ton of lead generation training online, but the brokerage also has its own trainings available.

    3 percent na like 6

    • @madamcjwalker67
      @madamcjwalker67 Před rokem +1

      You only get 6 percent if you're an agent who represents both the buyer AND seller. Otherwise you split the 6 percent in half.
