And greetings from a real estate agent from Moscow, Russia! 😊 Watching your video I realized what a huge gap we have between US and Russian real estate agencies in terms of how the business is organized and the agents work! But still very interesting to hear! 😊 I mostly rent and work with Expats. With seeing so many Realtors start in their early 20’s, do you think that it is too late to become a good Realtor after your 40’s? Thank you!
Hi Steven! You’d actually be surprised - most agents coming into this business are starting a second career and are 40+. It’s only the young ones who are doing social media! In comparison to total agents in the country, the young agent percentage is quite small. Your age plays an advantage! You have more experience and more connections.
