Essential oils are similar to the weather. Bright sunny days tend to keep people happy and in good spirits. If it rains, people are typically down and depressed. It does work if smells typically change your mood in any setting. People love morning dew because its refreshing and a great way to start the day.

I was putting neurogin cream on my legs then I looked at the ingredients just to see what was in it because it was very expensive. I found things like peppermint, tea tree, menthol, lavender and other ingredients. So years ago I started making my own blends with EOs to help my neuropathy. So yes they do work and these “flowers” and “trees” are in many of our over the counter creams and rubs. You just don’t know because you never looked closely at the label. But there is good advice in this video. Also, Do your research!!!

When it comes to the internal use of essential oils, it can be extremely dangerous which is why EVERY aromatherapy association out there won't recommend the internal usage to the public. For internal usage you need to consult an Aromatic Medicine Practitioner. This is an accredited Clinical Aromatherapist who has undergone further training in the usage of internal delivery methods of oils.

Keep putting essential oils on your skin and then complain your skin is terrible. DO NOT USE UNDILUTED ESSENTIAL OILS ON YOUR SKIN REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT IS FROM! You can use oils on your hair but not directly on your skin, as a matter fact I don't recommend you use them at all on your skin only in a humidifier, but if your still going to use it the minimum ratio should be 10 drops in a flowing ounce of water. Just so you understand in broad terms, to make a pound of essential oil ( that depends on what essential oil your making because it may vary depending on the plant) but a pound of essential oil is roughly 0.12 gallons. To make this amount of lavender oil you need 120 plants of lavender and this plants are at least 3ft tall and 5ft wide. Just consider the concentration and you are planning to put that in your protection organ which is your skin. Essential oils are also very sensitizing and can create horrible Acute Dermatitis, prolong Erythema after touching your skin, cause Eczema and Psoriasis flares etc. Fragrance is the leading cause of allergic reactions on skin and just because something is natural it does not mean is safer. It's Arsenic, Hemlock, Poison Ivy are natural and the dosage makes the poison too, if you drink enough water you can die too. Essential oils are perfect for aromatherapy not skin care. Skin care companies save their butts because they write in small letters in the back of the label "patch test first" so when somebody has a huge reaction they defend themselves saying that they always tell their costumers to patch test before using their product

Todays modern essential oils have not been used for thousands of years like the the major companies teach. It would be approx 1000 years after Christ before anything similar to our modern distilling came to exist. Todays EOs are highly concentrated high VOC plant derived solvents unlike anything people used in the biblical days.
