Eggplant seasoned with miso is the best!
It only takes 5 minutes, so please try making it
[Eggplant miso (about 2 to 3 servings)
＊Ingredients
・3 eggplants (250g-300g)
＊Seasoning
・1 tablespoon miso
・1 teaspoon soy sauce (5g)
・1 tablespoon (15g) mirin
・1 tablespoon (15g) cooking sake
・1 teaspoon (5g) oyster sauce
・2 teaspoons sugar
・1 teaspoon grated garlic (1 clove)
・1 teaspoon (3g) grated ginger
＊Toppings
・Green onion
・Roasted sesame seeds
・Chili pepper
・Bonito flakes

Yes, it goes very well with hot white rice.
If you like, you can add 3 bell peppers or minced meat (200g) to make it even tastier. In that case, please increase the amount of seasoning by 1.5 times.
It also tastes great cold, so you can use it as a sandwich for lunch!
