Do You Know What's In Your Toothpaste - The BEST(And Worst) Toothpaste To Buy!

  • You have been asking for a toothpaste review, so here you go! If you thought some of they stuff they put in food in bad, I would say that toothpastes and cosmetics is even worse! You really want to know what you put in your mouth 2-3 times daily, bc the mouth is very absorbent and can go directly to your bloodstream. Don't be fooled by "natural" or premium names, you have to look at the ingredients and avoid the harsh chemicals. Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

    You can also use coconut oil for toothpaste. It's anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial. Your teeth will never feel cleaner. It's also cheaper than toothpaste. After brushing, you can also do oil pulling by swishing a teaspoon of coconut oil for several minutes. It pulls toxins from your body. It's also a great moisturizer as well as a narural deodorant. There's at least a hundred uses for coconut oil.

    • @Bawkr
      @Bawkr Před 22 dny +1

      They absolutely suck in my opinion. You can't just brush something on your teeth to have it repair them. Lots of pain with them. I was able to reduce my pain with Colgate total(clean mint standard version, not whitening and not deep clean) but that has Endocrine disrupters in it so I'm trying to do primarily baking soda and water at the moment. Total kills the bacteria that causes pain but it disrupts your entire digestion I suspect with prolonged use or even on the first use because it changes the bacteria state in your mouth, some of these bacterias are meant to be there which is not the mindset that I had back in the day when I first switched to total.

    I tried toothpaste without fluoride for 6 months, next checkup did not go as well as they usually had been, my dentist said it is great to avoid the colors , dyes and chemicals, but that fluoride is a must ingredient for healthy teeth, so I won't use the non-fluoride ones anymore... Just my 2 cents.

      If you research it well You’ll find out that Fluorides are poison but just if you swallow a spoon full of it. I don’t know anyone who swallows a whole spoon of tooth paste. Only the children’s tooth paste contains a very limited amount of fluorides because they are more likely to swallow it. What I think you should avoid is stuff like baking soda because it acts like sand paper on your teeth which makes it great to whiten your teeth but you actually just damage it on the long run.

    Great video. I have sarcoidosis (an autoimmune disease) and they attribute Sarcoid flair-ups as an allergic reaction to silica and unfortunately it’s in every toothpaste you showed except for one. And the one it wasn’t in - the main ingredient is clay and clay contains high levels of silica. So sarcoidosis patients need to be very careful what they even brush their teeth with. I have found only 2 toothpastes which I can trust. But if you aren’t allergic to silica these toothpastes shown are great. Thanks again!

    I’m from Australia. We’ve been using Grants toothpaste for years on the advice of my naturopath. We also have a filter on our taps and shower.
    My 13 year old daughters teeth were chalking near her gums and needed filling. The dentist asked was I using a toothpaste with no fluoride, to which I answered yes. The dentist understood my concern with fluoride but explained how our teeth do need it and to just take care in not swallowing the toothpaste (which we don’t do anyway)
    So now we use a healthy toothpaste with added fluoride from a Company called Moo Goo.
    They have one with fluoride also. 😁

    Hi Bobby! I am a dental hygienist. I wanted to pop in and give you my 2 cents on a couple of things. Sodium laurel sulfate is only a problem for a small part of the population. If you find your mouth is peeling after brushing your teeth, it is probably due to the SLS. Most people do not get this reaction and it is safe.
    Also, I would not recommend any toothpaste without fluoride. Fluoride remineralizes enamel that is in the beginning stage of a cavity. I find when many of my patients switch to a fluoride free toothpaste, their next check up is not so great.
    I love your videos, keep them coming!

      At the end of the day teeth have a lot to do with genetics. Both of my parents have a lot of cavities and don't eat poorly and so I inherited a lot of cavities (but also some of their good qualities too ;)). I have a friend who eats tons of sugar and bad foods and he's only had two cavities (he's already in his 30s). What you have to remember about Bobby is that he looks to avoid ingredients that may cause cancer, dementia etc. So the only question you have to ask yourself is why keep doing something that could potentially be dangerous when switching isn't so hard? There are tons of examples of "professionals" saying "the research shows" but at the end of the day I have one word for you: Zantac

      Fluoride is the most electroreactive element in the Table of First Elements. It is very highly reactive and a neurotoxin destroying our brain cells. It has no business in people mouth. It is a persistent pollutant accumulating in the soil. It causes dental fluorosis - those ugly white discolorations in your teeth. It destroy s your bones making them brittle.
