Patrick Bet-David you are clearly the man to be the Dana White of bodybuilding. I've followed bodybuilding since I was a kid in the 90s buying all the magazine's here in the UK, because I used to draw superhero comics all the time and I used them for muscle reference and through that I got to know who was who, plus Dorian was Mr O at the time and I was blown away that he was English!! I loved that, it made the whole thing so much more relatable to me. These days it's a different game and it needs huge change, which you highlight time and again in your interviews. You clearly have the knowledge, the passion, charisma and the brains to be that man to make that change. 👊🏼

Im so sick of hearing bodybuilders say they use but dont abuse steroids. Im a bodybuilder and have ran almost every substance associated with competition prep. The day you go above 200 mg of Testosterone you are now abusing steroids. I and every other bodybuilder using gear for shows is abusing steroids. Your BP is the number one killer for a bodybuilder. A combination of size and drugs and constant pressure on your body is going to jack your heart and kidneys.
Please if you are going to get into the sport please go and get a EKG and Echocardiogram on your heart. Go get your bloods and kidneys check to ensure you have no pre disposed defects.
Spend as much time researching before ever running a cycle. Avoid the idiots in the gym who will kill you and look for the real athlete.

I agree with your overall message about health and getting blood tests as well as getting your kidney and heart checked. But I 100% disagree with "over 200mg test equals abuse". Google word abuse, if you take a compound and it isn't negativity affecting you now and in the long term then it isn't abuse. You can take 600mg test, control estrogen with an AI and get bloods. Zero negative effects now and long term. Key is making sure lipids are in check and BP in range. To me abuse is what Dallas did, high tren, high gh, 3g test etc. It's like someone drinking wine once a day after dinner vs an alcoholic or even someone who gets drunk once a week.

brent wicksted just cause someone doesn’t speak elegantly doesn’t mean their not smart, for one look at the guys he’s produced (Ronnie Coleman) but they try to tarnish it by saying he killed five and nearly others, well plenty of guys died in bodybuilding and he didn’t work with them like Munzer, it’s a sport you got to take it to the extreme to be in the top. Chad mentioned before in an interview with King Kamali he was working for some food company that made apple pie filling that had an ingredient in it that made bodybuilders grow like crazy so he had all his guys eating it. It wasn’t steroids in it, they all already on the top and best gear, this was just a nutrient that he found that would put on weight, from apple pie filling, who would’ve thought of that. So I think it makes you a genius in your field to find a piece of the puzzle like that. Just shows you that with some smarts creativity and passion you never know what you can discover.

Im really suprised he said everyone hates deca but everyone loves tren as it makes you feel like superman???
I'd say tren is very hit and miss as far as people saying how great they feel on it. Many dont use it purely because they feel like shit and a number of guys who say they use it say its very effective steroid but still feel like shit but continue because of the results they get. Theres a lot lower percentage of people who used deca say they feel crap on it.
So that seemed weird unless all the guys he's trained have felt good on tren . Maybe thats the good genetics, genetics to feel good on tren??
