  • A quick installation of the the 5 row oil radiator by Kitaco from ‪@HardRacingPerformanc‬ on the 2021 - 2022 Honda Grom. Link to the cooler: store.hardraci...
    Update: This oil cooler is amazing, my peak temp as recorded by the aRacer Sport-D was 248F and after the installation of the radiator, my max temp after prolonged full throttle runs is 180F! Typical temps just riding around normally stay under 160F. Very impressed!

    Been following your channel for a while now. Love the fact that you use quality parts and pay attention to your installs to make sure everything is put together with factory quality or better. Too many channels where people just slap random things on and do sloppy installs. I have a 2020 and I hate using parts that require just janky installs. Keep it up!

    you are a wealth of inspiration and information! I have 2022 grom. I went with man in the box intake then I ordered the kitaco 5 row oil cooler. fyi, this kitaco oil cooler kit and man in the box intake are not directly compatible BUT with minor modifications (bend a tab on kitaco bracket and drill a new mount hole on intake bracket) it does fit.

The results are insane: On my last long, hard ride I was getting max temps of 120c (248f), today on equally, if not harder riding the max temp was 82c (180f)! At non-all out speed I was rarely seeing it get over 75c (167f). Huge improvement, I was more excited about the temps than I was the results of the max speed runs :)

    Heyy, do you need the Kitaco oil pump or any oil pump when using the oil cooler? I just installed a 3 row Kitaco on my 22 Grom and don’t have an after market oil pump.

    • @eastcoastish
      @eastcoastish  Před 2 lety +1

      @@GLC619 I’d definitely recommend the 5 row, you need all the cooling you can get once you start modding.
