For C.O.C. I use the Michael Ammar method, but introduce a tack into my routine (which I steal away later). Why? ...because to the spectators, it answers the question most of them ask "What's making it stick?"
I guess Im asking randomly but does someone know of a way to log back into an instagram account..?

SIbyl is terrible. It is NOT about strength of this as you said, but about choosing those spectators who believe, spectators with low critical thinking. And then make them believe more in psychic bullshit. No good.
