I’ve written many times about the lack of understanding that the Amy & Ty,s love story was Heartland… now it’s just a Soap Opera. This is the writers and one of the cast member/directors disagreements with Graham!
They all writers producers thought that they could go on with the show without Graham but at best it's been difficult.
No Edwin will never replace Ty. Heartland will never be the same we need to see Ty and Amy. Bring Ty back

Totally agree. The writers have/are continually trying to obliterate Ty’s memory. It started after his death by not burying him in the family cemetery so Amy, Lyndy and Lily could visit his grave.
As they move forward, they forget what Amy said when she spread Ty’s ashes and the history of how Marion moved forward after her divorce from Tim. Marion struggled with should she move forward with Victor but ultimately decided her heart belonged to Tim forever.
Amy has followed her mother’s example in the short and long term and she deserves happiness. It’s not right for the writers to eliminate Ty and his memories from Amy and Lyndy. Why don’t they even mention his name anymore?
Remember Amy knew Ty almost half of her life before he died. How do they believe she has completely forgotten him? All they want to do is turn Amy into Lou. What a shame.
They had Amy totally in love with Finn after 3 episodes. In season 16 episode 12, Amy says she’s NOT ready to move on yet in the next episode, they introduce Edwin as her expected next love interest. None of this makes any sense.
I get they need an enhanced storyline for Amy because everything has become repetitive but constant love interests are not consistent with Amy’s character for the first 13 years.

No, No this cannot happen! Continued no storyline that is dead for Heartland tv series. Bring back Ty he is the only one that can save Heartland tv series and do a finale season 17 to close their love legacy story to a happy ever after the legacy of Heartland tv series. I will no longer watch.

Sadly, It Appears that the Only Way that Ty MIGHT Return to Heartland, would be if it is the Show’s FINAL Season. Graham Wardle May Agree to Return for One Season, as Ty, in Order to Give the Fans of the Show the “Happily Ever After “ Ending that they so Desperately Desire!!
I think by now the show has moved on without Ty since season 14, so why not leave as is and continue with the plot in new relationships and etc.

Any is about growth, healing and development. It’s what she does with horses, only males sense she move forward in life, still loving Ty forever, but realizing we all love and have loss, but life is about acceptance and moving forwards.

MY WIFE PASSED 16 YEARS AGO, trust me you never forget the felling's or the person, some people can never have a serious relationship, again. But yes, life does go on. I still say Amy needs to decide Amy's future, she is still a MOTHER FIRST.
I'm sorry for your loss. My husband passed 19 yrs ago, & I still have times of missing him. That 1 person that walked w/ me & would never do anything to harm us was him. God has helped me learn how to walk w/out him. Altho I don't compare men to him, I do compare them to my standards. It will take Jesus before me & my priest to point me towards anyone after a man thought I was easy to rule.

TY WAS KIDNAPPED COULDNT PUT THE FAMILY IN DANGER, OR TY HAD A TWIN BROTHER WHO FOUND OUT HE HAS A BROTHER AND FINDS HEARTLAND RANCH TO SEE WHERE TY COMES FROM AND HIS BROTHERS WIFE AND DAUGHTER AND HELP AMY THROUGH HIS PASSING, STAYING TO HELP HER AND LYDY LOTS OF STORYLINES THEIR FOR A LONG TIME. The writer could say that Ty faked his death and went into witness protection program to protect his family.
When a tv show goes from 18 to 20 episodes a season to just 10 the show has run its course it use to be one of my favorite but has lost what it use to be now it's just boring and repetive t the exec need to know when to end a tv show on a high note instead of dragging it out to a sad end

I agree there is no excitement or storyline very boring.
I have watched Heartland season 1 through 13 at least 15 times. I find it to be an hour mixed with a little escape/fantasy and lot of reality. Amy losing Ty, her husband unexpectedly (that's a reality). I and so many others can relate. You may / may never move on to another love either is okay. As long as you are moving forward. Amy seems to be moving forward with her raising her daughter, working her craft, integrating with family. She gets up in the morning (that's an accomplishment). Give her a break. Again, Heartland gave us the Ty and Amy romance (kind of a fantasy) Heartland also gave us Ty and Amy the loss (Reality). At the end of the day its really not about what others want to see for you (even though they mean well. Its what you would like to see for yourself.

I emailed Heartland about Ty about a way to keep Ty alive 🙏 on show like he could be in a Coma. They answered back and told me that Ty is alive and coming back. He has been undercover...

They made to worst decision ever to kill off Ty and then when it began to appear as thought there was light at the end of the "sad Amy" period, fate intervened. They should shift gears and do a reboot with Amy and Ty, by whatever means necessary. Otherwise, we are just marking time by continuing with less interesting story line with each episode. Really, we still are constantly seeing Ty, clearly that is what is needed.
If you don't bring Ty back then you should just rap the show up
I have not watched the show after Ty died. It really got wacky and it changed alot. We understand Ty wanted to move on and try something new but the old saying if it's not broke don't fix it or change it. U can find a way where he has been on a mission somewhere coming back to Amy and Lyndy then grow from there. Soap Opera bring people back all the time. The chemistry they had together was great. If he doesn't come back and put the family back together I still will not watch Heartland.

From what I have seen of the new series it sucks! Amy's character has no personality and too serious. She acts drab at best. It is now just revolving characters turning into a soap opera. When Ty left the entire heart of the show left. The show was Ty and Amy. My wife and I still watch the 1st 14 seasons almost daily and love it still. This guy with the Jimmy Darani nose would end the show. They don't even look right together... way off. I think Amber Marshall is a great actor and needs to grow in new movies etc. Ty moved on and so should Amber.

They do not get together. I am still grieving my 20th year of divorce. Have never found anyone I could be serious about. I am rooting for CALEB TO HAVE A SERIES WHERE HE FINDS REAL PURPOSE - PROBABLY WORKING WITH KIDS - HAVING A STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS SON AND LINDY AND MARRYING AMY. I think that it's realistic that this growth/maturity/change is very realistic and then since Ty was Caleb's best friend and the 3 lived in the same orbit for years, we Ty will always be with them for always with no awkward loneliness for Amy or Caleb or the entire fam around that issue. Growing, maturing, changing like butterflies. Yes!!!
If this is the truth about Edwin in Season 17 and her love interests,then you all have lied to us fans of Amy and TY,you all told us that Graham Wardle aka,Ty Borden is coming back to Amy from a Coma at first you all said that Amy was in a coma,and wakes up with as always by her side and all that's happened was in her head that would have made more,sense,then you all said TY was coming back from either from his life threatening illness and Amy moving and she's still married if this storyline is true,We have told you all that we won't watch it or subscribe if you don't please your fans and bring the POWER COUPLE back TOGETHER,their love was so enduring and they were so happy then you kill him off when you should have just let him leave to do something away from home don't tease us and lead us to believe that our number one character TY besides Amy is coming back then we watch and she moves on to another man,I will I can't speak for anyone else make this show another let down by writers,as Yellowstone lied to us,without fans your nothing!!😢

I don't like Edwin but I do think it's time for Amy to move on with her life and start dating. I thought Sam would of been a better luck than Edwin but the writers really didn't give Amy and Sam's storyline a chance in my book. Since finn no longer an option. I think the writers should readdress the possibility of Sam being Amy's next Love. Yeah, I know they are just friends but something can always develop from it. ❤
