I had the same experience with Adamus St Germaine, listening to him for hours daily for a year to reprogram my mind, I'm just now branching out and I discovered RJ.
-Detachment is number one. Pretend everything is a boring movie. Then you no longer become affected, no longer afraid of what is going on.
-Once you are attached to something you have no control. You have no sovereignty.
-Being yourself is effortless. All of the effort is in trying to be something you are not.
-The foundation for true understanding is that our energy is the governing factor.
-When you take back all of your power and energy, it is a protective force against negative influences. You have effectively drawn up your drawbridge in your castle, and the demons cannot enter.
-The only thing we need to heal from, is the delusion about who we are.
-You can begin to look at feedback from the body as a boring movie as well. You can look at discomfort and pain as no big deal. Boring.
-Time does not heal all wounds. Time does not even exist. Detachment heals all wounds.
-The I am, or the true you, is always fine. It doesn’t matter what is happening with the mind and body. The I am is like the sun. It is unaffected by the weather.
-Only when you are detached, do you have the true power of decision and action.
-The point of suffering is to engender humility, courage, and grace. If your pain has not engendered these, then you have wasted your suffering.
-At the seventh frequency, or dimension, negative intention is impossible because you would harm yourself immediately.
-No one actually suffers. Suffering does not even exist. If anything, we suffer from having expectations. Suffering results from an inauthentic way of relating with reality.
-To have an attachment to an outcome, means not fully embracing the present moment.
-You can get to a state where there is no voice in your head. Once you do, you feel like a million bucks.
-in order to suffer, you must conjure up the past and future.
-When we refrain from analysis and judgment, we realize that everything is just an experience of life.
-Accept yourself so fully, that it requires no effort to be present. And then just flow, from now, to now, to now.
-Fast, or abstain, from what is going on in the world, and your joy and purpose will return to you.

Brilliant teachings when you said that we can exist with out the voice in the head that really struck a chord with me often I have struggled with doubt around this but always intuited such a state existed would be really interested in your teachings on the concept of “ego backlash” the mind being a homeostatic system and when we withdraw from it it reacts and the idea of taking a middle way approach to deconstructing it / disidentification with it

Also was able to astro project into future but when you go through something bad twice I didn’t like that another reason I started ignoring it. There was different paths you could take and some ended up in disaster and I wasn’t sure which path I was on when it ended bad it scared me because I seen it before hand.
