Wow. I’m a 54 year old man. I knew I was different,,,, sounds arrogant. I whisper it to myself sometimes.not better or worse than anyone else. Just a different way of thinking and living life. I’m normally 95% euphoric and 5% depressed. I’ve had a few emotional mini awakening’s. I always believed that I’m here to help everything. I didn’t know how to move forward. I didn’t really understand what it was. I kept thinking about it and how I understood it. I got arrested and was nearly sent to prison 😱 while I was waiting to be sentenced. About 4 months. I noticed I was 95% depressed and 5% okay 😢😢 I was so sad that I had lost something that was so powerful that I didn’t really understand also. I didn’t end up going to prison. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 a few days after my trial I had a couple of moments that made me feel good again. Then one morning boom. It happened. It’s not about thinking or looking for it. Personally I don’t think we can stop or start it. I think it’s so powerful it’s unstoppable. I can feel it. It’s very humbling. I tried to tell my best friends and found myself getting so emotional I had to stop talking. People always tell me how nice I am. My children are the same. They already have it,,,,,, they just don’t know it. I have said for years. Kindness oozes from them. They just laugh. This video has really helped me understand the little things I didn’t 🙏🏻🫶. I cant stop talking to people. Anyone. Not about what happened to me. Just want to hear about them. Maybe I can help them. I have a few friends who have major issues with addiction 😢 I’ve got their backs. To the people who are lucky enough that have been blessed 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 we have so much to do. To the people who know they are different. Don’t think about it too hard. It comes from within. I really can’t explain what that means,,,,,,,really. I don’t think I think it anymore,,,,,,, its just there. Trust me. Of course I thought I was mad a few times. I talk to my friends about stuff. I always ask them if they think I’m going mad. I had an awakening almost a year ago. One night I was sleeping then all of the sudden I felt a fiery energy go through my head and all I could see was orange and once it stopped I had to gasp for air. When I woke up all I felt was love for everything and life began making a major shift. With every meditation I now feel a stillness because I allow thoughts to pass until the mind is silent.

It took me awhile to understand that I had a spiritual awakening, I still see synchronicities with numbers throughout the day like 11 11. Transcendental meditation was recommended to me and now I go through life being more observant without attachment to thoughts and I truly understand what Jesus Christ and The Buddha were pointing too❤️

The underlying feeling, of not well being / something is wrong, is the gateway to enlightenment. You are entering it, feeling it, accepting it and then you let this feeling go. You will learn, that this is a accommodation of hundreds or thousands of suppressed feelings. You will process each of those. This will be ridiculously painful and hard at the beginning. And this will be the best thing you did for yourself in your whole life. When those feelings leave you will start to see how beautiful life is. Plants will look adorable and sounds will sound amazingly beautiful. And then you live it. Your best life.

The struggle is not understanding these principles, it's surrendering to the now in full acceptance. Belief that awakening is easy is of no help on the pathless path, only another lesson. The value of this video is beyond words! I’ve been feeling the void after my spiritual awakening and have been struggling with finding the meaning of anything at times in this 3D world. This has happened twice where my mind went into a darker place, a place I’m not used to being. I have amazing moments of total zen where I feel one with everyone and everything which can bring me to tears, and it’s been happening more and more. Watching this has helped me to meld the two ways I exist in this world, me as consciousness and me as human. The fact that the New is Now -- infinite and eternal -- that's just part of the fun.

My spiritual awakening through my trauma took me to my authentic self. I totally self healed myself to become a secure attachment style from a paranoid/anxious attachment style. I am a sigma infp-t empath.
I have been experiencing and connecting to a high source for the past year. I've come to all of this on own conclusion 😂 I'm very happy to see so many others waking up with me ❤ we need to come together and unite as one love for each other.
After watching this, there was this shift within me which is hard to explain really but happened only once before. I just felt this calm, things around me were pristine, I really can't describe it but it was there. Maybe it is the wisdom coming through your work. Rupert Spira was the first person I ever listen to, and had a deep realization/awakening. Everything starts in consciousness (disease is being ill at ease in our consciousness). When we change our consciousness from fear to love, illness in the body disappears. Of course this is a radical change of mind, as it was false beliefs that caused the illness in the first place, and all of this is generally out of our awareness.

All the outer stuff is great and actually fun, but only if you find your own true inner Self first then you cease judging your self based on your outer accompishments because there's a love and a peace that always comes first and remains in and thru everything else🕊. Once I got this, I ceased fearing death, and I feel a perpetual sense of joy behind and thru everything I create and put into my 3D world🎁.
I feel like I'm more in touch with my spiritual side than my human side - maybe this is the reason I don't completely feel satisfied in this material world.

Since my awakening about a year ago, when I read or listen to material on the experience itself, it’s like it is being explained exactly how I would explain and describe it as well. I find so much joy in knowing that this is the most natural thing and that (of course) I am not alone in having this experience. I became aware of the direct path for example, from my own experimentation following my first awakening experience- never having heard this term before, but this is precisely the way I often lead myself back into an awakened state- as if I am turning the spotlight of my awareness back onto itself. I’m so excited that this documentary was made- I hope to also be able to lead people to the door of their own awakening. And isn’t it funny how it is always there, available to all, and always has been! Our natural state. Lovely documentary on recognizing our true self, our connectedness, our eternalness. I hope, and I sense, that this is the next step in our evolution- and I hope to see it reach that critical mass point sometime in this lifetime ❤

I am 33 years old and i have ADHD, Generalized Anxiety(GAD),Seasonal affective disorder(Spring and summer) and Dysthymia(Mild "permanent" depression). And i developed the GAD at like 17-20 years old, and since then i swear on everything that is holy that i have not had ONE single minute without really noticeable Anxiety. I can Never feel calm or relaxed because of it and never find any Peace of mind what so ever. I know "Myself" very well and really don't identify with my "Avatar" that much anymore as i know what is on the "Outside". But i have NEVER met anyone more genuinely kind,compassionate and tolerant than myself, and i have even "Scared" people because they simply could not understand my motives and simply thought i was crazy or something as they simply could Not Get It. I help Snails cross the sidewalk when i can and people does not seem to get that either. And i simply wonder what the point is with me having this brain that creates all this suffering,unrest,discomfort and stress as it does not feel like "ME" at ALL. ??. Love you guys 🙂😗😗🤫

Allow the questions in silence to rise up in Consciousness and wait patiently as IT will answer as IT is 'you' answering your SELF. And as Consciousness you are the answer and the question that arises. Consciousness is seeking IT-Self, IT plays the game of hide and seek with IT-Self. Let that dialogue continue until there is nothing left, then Peace (which is IT) let IT BE 'you', which 'you' as Consciousness already are.

I've been dealing with some horrible trauma from an affair I walked in on about 8 years ago. The pain it caused, and my ego screaming and lashing out to protect itself from further trauma even to this day has crippled my marriage. Even though we "got past" the affair, it still haunts me. I've been trying so hard to find this true awakening. I've read Carl Jung's books, I've read Eckhart Tolle, I've found a Jungian analytical psychologist, and I'm still struggling to let go of my ego and see things from a point of singularity. I hope that watching this series brings me closer 😢

You have to find your own peace and you will eventually. You have to be one with your thoughts feelings and emotions then you will heal and progress to new experiences that you have to then make the choice wether to follow your desires or a higher purpose or even both
Maybe you’re not learning a lesson you need to learn or something and it’s blocking you because your ego could be the one who made you hold onto your marriage instead of letting it go. Because it’s usually the death of the ego that causes an awakening. When you hit the lowest. I have been through a couple of affairs from my ex and then I found my twin flame and it was just after I was forced into separation from him that triggered the death of my ego because it turned my life upside down. Not everyone has a twin flame but my holding onto my ex husband would have kept me from meeting mine and having my awakening.

Sit in the seated meditation position close your eyes, rest your hands on your thighs while simultaneously holding your thumb and first finger lightly on one or both hands.
Touching fingers as though holding a thread or feather, then take a deep breath and say the word Sanctuary to yourself. Recall that feeling of being whole healed and perfect like you were as a small child again.
Next practice the creative visualization imagining the light from the sun radiating into every cell of your body. There’s no need to direct it anywhere specific, just be joyful and have gratitude for the sun.
