I spent 14 years in Plato's cave in the form of a loveless marraige. I was afraid to turn away from the shadows, and when I finally was forced to step into the light, I experienced the greatest fear and chaos in it's truest form. Gone was my identity, my wife, my goals, my dreams, my role, my home. My "self" writhing, grasping to maintain control, begging to be saved from it' own death.
And then I saw the world around me. Not my own suffering, but the suffering we collectively share. I didnt see the tree for its beauty but that we are beauty witnessing the tree.
I am not awakened. I died and awoke from the dream, into the Dream.
I surrender.

@@heaa8617 I feel like the androgynous push is being orchestrated. I'm not sure by who at the top but it has been playing out in media for a long time, which i believe is engineered evolution, not natural, and not positively spiritual. This whole world itself and everything in it is plus minus, male female, even the atoms and molecules are +- anode cathode, electricity, etc.
The universe Developed since its beginning with positive negative looking for balance. Seeking Equilibrium brings the motion that creates life.
Do you know what happens when that balance is reached? Stagnation at least. Complete death of the universe in actuality.
For the masses to deny individual biology and sex is insanity and corruption.
Most of this is because of abuse and confusion. It is a degradation of culture that is profitable for many interests and breaks down families to create better worker bees.
It may even have deeper spiritual implications.
Do you what you want as long as it doesn't harm others... i don't know if that is right or not. I tend to disagree. One needs to understand the long term of that philosophy may harm everyone more than realized. People have to do things they don't want to do. Responsability to take care of ourselves, others, and things is necessary. When much younger i was a hedonist, later i became an idealist, that was a nightmare of sadness. Now i don't know what i am. A realist? No. I think there is too much we don't know about what lay under and over our slice of reality. I think there are forces we don't know about that connect everything and tug and pull on us and our effect on the universe is greater than we think.
I agree with everything you said regarding healthy independence and love. Embracing ones true self and finding a true identity seems really important to live that life of love. I hope my stance doesn't make you think i am against people that find themselves to be attracted to same sex or are born wired up different. I am not. They deserve to live like everyone does. But i don't think that gender should be ...so fluid. Over all, it's a lie. Gender is real. Chemicals make it so. Oddly enough the genderless notion is a strategy of communism straight out of the manifesto to create generic worker bees. that is no path to happiness or evolution. I am a man and i love many more men than women. I don't need to have sex with them to love them. The gender issue is one of sexual attraction. Being attracted equally as in an androgynous society doesnt benefit evolution or children's well being in itself. The push is external ....and artificial. masked as being empatheric and caring, but this is not the reason for the push.

I had my awakening earlier this year (February) and since then I’ve been searching for all knowledge possible to help me along my journey. @@timbevans1893 Once we label anything with a name, we can only see our thoughts inside our mind associated with that name, not the actual 'thing'.The infinite possibility of the 'bird' is lost what remains is a narrow mind made identity about it. Language is a barrier.
Hearing this made me feel bad as it made me think for over explaining things to my young daughters, I feel in my heart that labeling things may have actually interfered with their true understanding of the way they perceive things for themselves.

I was suffering and suicidal today, and i realized what i was. Im alone in the universe and everything around me IS ME. its a scary feeling and i forced myself to snap back into my normal self. Samadhi is an ancient Sanskrit word that points to something beyond the mind.
The film is an outer manifestation of the filmmaker's inner journey and aims to inspire viewers to discover their true nature.
Samadhi is relevant in today's time, where people have forgotten its existence and their true selves.
The illusion of the self, known as Maya, is what prevents us from realizing our true nature.
Identification with the egoic mind is the sickness, and Samadhi is the cure.
Realizing the true self involves letting go of the illusory self and integrating Samadhi into every facet of life.
Stillness and movement, as well as form and emptiness, are recognized as identical in Samadhi.
The “hard” part of this (and I think it is said in the beginning of the film) is that there actually is nothing to get. When this is seen it is seen that nothing has changed. You are exactly in the same a lot you were when you began the journey seeking something outside of yourself. You are that!

When I was younger after meditating for a while I was able to completely quiet the mind by simply saying "I know" whenever I caught myself in the middle of a thought. Your eternal self who listens and experiences has a connection to all wisdom and knowledge, you mind is just saying something that you already know, in that instant you will know, eventually your mind will become a tool like a calculator there when you need it quiet when you don't. When my mind was quiet the world was new and I was truly alive.
😲 i had a period of time in my life i used to say that too whenever my mind tried to run to "find" am answer
, iam suffering from severe depression And physical bodily pain symptoms for last 3 months, iam taking two psych meds present.. can i tapper of both clonazepam (0.5 mg) & vortioxetin (10mg) have been using for 3 weeks only.. I don't want to stay on these pills which cannot give me relef rather more I'll feeling.. Please advice me n ur support needed 🙏 iam eagerly waiting for ur reply, I don't want to regret in future help me.. Does his idea helps me to overcome depression and physical pain also.. Please help me out

I have been addicted to that toxic and it's the worst withdrawal you could ever imagine. you should taper off that toxic in a safe good way by supervision from a doctor. It will take away years from your life if you continue taking it. And yes, meditation, practicing self love and healing yourself through that will make depression, anxiety etc good. Good luck

Put a invisible gap between the conditioned mind & yr conscious mind (the true 'self') and silently rest in that gap. Most of the time, without man made medicine, the suffering ease. Hope ti's help 🙏

Love was the answer to his open ended question about what the soul wants to express. That’s what I felt.
I knew I was loved not by any person but by everything and nothing visible and I was doing laundry and I started laughing finding it so very humorous thinking I had a body to put clothes on

Ego is also a great teacher, what keeps us alive before we live.
It's been a couple of years since I first saw this film.
It opened a door to possibilities I would never accept to even consider.
Now, I thank you for this. It truly did inspire me (a hard atheist at the time) to begin a spiritual journey.
Through that journey, I at some point got to experience Samadhi.
In no way have I finished the journey, as it is not the point.
But I do know I now live a better life, not in spite of suffering, but because I accept and welcome it.
Not only that. But it has helped me helped others around me, and to be more loving.
I see it as my purpose now, to inspire as many as possible to do their own journey as well. Like you have done.
The world isn't as grim as I thought it was.

suffering is good for you...it wakes you up!...it burns out your impurities... you start wondering is their a cause + effect process going on here? WHY am I suffering..? Suffering is necessary until you finally realize it isn't really necessary at all...Become a "witness" to life...don't get too wraped up+ emeshed in its many dramas / Be below the surface of the ocean where it is calm+peaceful...get out the violence of the waves that are tossing you around + breaking your head against the sand
I don't want to come off rude but you did not experience samadhi brother as your physical body is still with us. Samadhi is when you pass over the rainbow veil and your physical body deteriorates from the light. It's the end result of attaining Nirvana. What you're referring to is an enlightened awakening. The beginning of every spiritual path, which simply doesn't end if you're honestly spiritual as you have many lifetimes of karma to work with. Stay blessed, brotherman.

I'm not sure about anyone else.. but after watching this.. I feel oddly numb but crying at the same time! I feel like a bit angry now after learning that my whole life has practically been a waste and a lie!
It's not a waste. It's the pain and suffering in life that forces us to ask questions and get out of our comfort zones and seek for answers. There is no way to enlightenment without the pain and suffering to motivate you to take the first steps towards it.

Could someone explain this quote to me? For me, it means that it is no measure of health to judge those that are well conformed to society. So basically there is no point in judging the conformists, because they aren't being true to self.

Eye opening☺ I hope some people don't missinterpret what he s saying. You can still pursue worldly things, one can still want to be fit or look our best but without loosing the soul's purpose. It's utterly important to remember that we are in this world but not of this world.
This is what I'm thinking about after watching this film - is it really possible to realize samadhi without losing the sense and joy of this world?
