Alex, at the end of the video I had tears in my eyes from listening to RJ talk about how he overcame his situation to being able to walk again. I have 4 herniated disc in my back and I will do whatever it takes to ease the pain and live normally. I have the book on my kindle if he can do it why can't I. Who or what going to stop me and say you can't. No one! No more EMI.
I also have 4 herniated disc’s and was told only surgery would help me tremendous pain and I ended up loosing 60 lbs and pain is gone!!!!

Great vid. I was always interested in the esoteric sciences and at 18 years of age practised astral travel…12 years ago at 57 years I suffered 3 massive haemorrhages and had to be resuscitated, a near death experience occurred, though I prefer to say I had an epiphany. Doctors and consultants could not explain and still can’t today why the haemorrhages occurred. I walked out of hospital 3 days later and as I walked into a sunny September day. I felt that I was not who I was 3 days earlier. Doctors have diagnosed 5 diseases over the past 12 years, including heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis and diverticulitis. Prescribed all sorts of medications I decided that they were not for me. Rejected the meds and began to practice kundalini meditation daily. I soon realised that I had the power to heal myself and view myself as a spirit having a human experience. My life is as healthy and happy as it ever was. My wealth is in my knowledge gained. I feel more connected to the universal consciousness, which is God really. My ego no longer gets in my way, I use the silence in my meditations heal my body, free from meds and no more visits to my doc. I work as an informal teacher of presence. My meditation has no effort on my part now because I am constantly meditated as opposed to medicated. Stress free and grateful for every day.

In my worst time of shingle suffering, I sit down and meditated for one hour every day. I have not felt any pain in that one hour. So yes yourself can heal your body.
Fantastic ! Thank you amazing guys so much for this! Btw. Just to give another example that all of this is really possible for all of us: There is a German film maker (Clemens Kuby) who has made a similar experience as Mr. Spina. He fell off a roof and his spine was a total mess (he could just rest in a special type of bed and had to be moved every few hours by others and was not able to move a single toe or anything) and all doctors told him he would never ever walk again in his life - but he did never accept what they said! He cured himself only from his inside change of perspective and self discipline. He came to the conclusion :"Well, if everything is happening for a reason, my accident must have a meaning, too. It means I can not continue like before - I have to change my life! How can I do this? I will need teachers ...I will need people who live a total other life than we do here in the west of Europe(he decided for a catalogue of conditions " they eat no white flour, they drink no milk products ,they have never had much contact to our type of society , not seen any tourists..etc. But where on earth the heck could that location be? A friend visited him at hospital in that situation and just had returned from Asia and he told him "I know where this place is : You have to go to "Ladakh", Himalaya!" And he thought this is pretty logical in the end of the day...that he fell off the roof of his house to travel to the so called "Roof of the world" and make a film about that people there! Now he had a DESIRE and an INTENTION and started his self healing transformation. It took him two years of healing that he could walk again on his own (at first with a corset) - (he left the doctors and professors speach-less!!!! They said this is absolutely impossible!) and another year of organizing ...then he fulfilled his dream and travelled there ..and through some challenges on the trip he even directly met the Dalai Lama in the middle of nowhere on a street ^^ (they both had a breakdown of their cars there in the same location) befriended with him and started with some films about "Bhuddism" at first, although he now is off any religion at all. 😄🤩And now , 25 years later he is already for years teaching his method (Kuby -Method) of self healing to everyone who is interested in it😍🥰 He tells very similar things as Mr Spina. Deep thanks to Mr Spina for sharing his amazing path and thanks to both of you for this gorgeous interview, you are explaining it all wonderfully!

Another person bearing witness to Joe Dispenza’s work. I wonder if known and have talked to each other. Thank you. I got his book and and got my 21 year old daughter a copy also hoping she will study it to allow herself to heal from severe depression, binge eating and suicidal. Therapy has told her it’s all her mother’s fault and prescribed meds. 😢. She’s been on meds for a couple of months. Setting the intention that she will overcome this a heal and know who she really is and no meds needed.

Such a brilliant episode with excellent questions. A perfect example of self healing would be when Bruce Lee had severe damage to his spine. He himself quickly healed himself to continue his martial arts. Also he was always asked on how he moved faster than anyone, while being steps ahead of his opponents. He always said, "BE LIKE WATER" AND "STOP THINKING". Thanks guys for sharing and ☮️.

This is the video that happened FOR me about 5 mths ago. I was drawn to RJ and his teachings and as things progressed I knew that I wanted to take his Live course on Vibrational Engineering and Manifestation that started Mid June 2023. I really enjoyed this. RJ has a lot of wisdom nicely distilled for our age. And distilled through his personal experience which makes it even more valuable. I particularly appreciate that he will periodically stop his chain of consciousness and inject “in my opinion “ or “ from my experience”.

that was a very interesting conversation, I liked all of it till RJ stated what he thinks meditation is. 99% of us practice meditation as a part of enhancemenet to our life and not consider it as our life. We are not enlightened as he is, we dont have same abilities so it may be easy for him to be always in high frequency state, and live that way but for us, even the already awaken one is not that simply. I still have to live my life, manage job, family, responsbility , basically my human /body experiences daily, and then spend some time on meditation or enhancing my life. So far I have not figured out completely what he is sharing. But thank you so much for brining this subject on.

About the broken car analogy, my experience has actually been that my vehicles pick up on my energy and mirror me. Great video. Ego; is needed for this 3rd dimension. Meditation is not predicated on time. A great Meditation can be done in 10,15 min. If one get into space of no space. One can sit for hors and get nothing. No thinking no space.
