@@StevenLogreira I really enjoy Brain Scott’s explanations of The Law Of One but I also think it’s important to find someone that explains it so that you get it. So I would suggest search, and then find someone that resonates with you and then go and get the book as well but I would first watch a few videos just to get going. Be blessed 💚🌻much love

Am practicing Qigong, seriously energizing my body with gentle slow motion and energy raising practices. The more I do Qigong, the more energy empowerment happens. I am currently using thought patterning as I do the energetic Qigong patterns. Creating my reality is easy with the pairing of thought raising and Qigong.

I share a similar experience after a series of traumatic events when I 'woke up'. It lasted a week or so. The colours were vibrant, luminescent and I could see the others who were in the same space. The others who were Aware. It was so bright and happy. I can prove this profound experience. I had cash in my pocket, 100 dollar bills, and it was COVID. I went into a vegan restaurant and asked if they took cash, and they said no, but I could have the meal on the house. The next day, I went into another vegan restaurant,, a different restaurant from the one the day before and the same thing happened. The next day after that, I was at the supermarket and noticed that the bill was incorrect, they gave me the food for free for being honest! During this time Awareness was at an 11, the signs and synchronicity were rapid and I clearly remember thinking... "will this be forever?" and then it slowly went away. I've had several other experiences and because of technology I can time stamp and prove them which I find comforting. Being able to prove what some may consider nuts is important. We are evolving.

I honestly believe the animals are also going through a density shift. I have telepathically conversed with one of my dogs who has now crossed over. My current dog regularly does an interesting quantum healing kind of thing in which he flows energy to me through the crown of his head. It seems he is doing it consciously and intentionally, and it is almost always when I am sad or not feeling well. The energy is so strong that it feels hot, just like Reiki feels to me. I always thank him for his service when he does. Also lots of dogs and cats are being taught to communicate with assistive communication devices. It is fascinating and amazing!

My Ex and I were in the Redding Terminal in Philly and there is a book store there and so I was looking at books and a woman walk up to me and said "When the student is ready the teacher will appear" and she gave me five books and they were the RA Material.

You cannot force someone to change their core beliefs. It is very difficult for some because they think if they accept another vision it will destroy their core belief system and that can be very scary to them. Patience and dropping seeds that can be accepted under their current system can help to expand.
I’m an Indian Roman Catholic…. I still go to church on Sundays etc . My first spiritual awakening was very much within the bounds of my religion or as much within the bounds as I allowed myself. From the time I was a child , I never really believed in hell , knew with absolute certainty that God was love and wouldn’t punish me , didn’t go to confession since adolescence since I said I didn’t need an intermediary etc … but I was very comfortable practicing my religion within whatever parameters I set and continue to do so . I think I started understanding about reincarnation in my twenties and just accepted it. After my second spiritual awakening, I had this angry thought for a few seconds that if the church had explained and accepted reincarnation, the world wouldn’t be in such a shitty state but then I immediately realised that I lived in a country where reincarnation is part of the religion and yet even many Hindus are not sure they accept it . And let’s say that especially these days the hard line hindutva government and it’s followers definitely do not act like they believe in reincarnation. Same goes for the Buddhist monks in Sri Lanka and Myanmar … so who’s to say that the church not accepting reincarnation has made such a difference!
I also believe that every individual is on their particular path and level and at some levels , religion helps give a fundamental basis for our spiritual growth. We may need to learn through spirituality, others need to learn through religion. I’ve never thought that one religion is better than others and refused to believe that the millions who firmly followed God from other religions would not be with God . In the end if we take away all the shit than man has piled on religious beliefs , there’s no essential difference between religions and between religion and spirituality .
I did ask at one time if i should stop going to church and I was clearly given / felt the answer …No . So , I’m quite happy continuing to follow my path ie Jesus in my own way as I have done since childhood.

Aaron Abke is also an excellent teacher of “A Course In Miracles.”
And his series called "Mind Science" is really helpful to anyone trying to understand the role of their ego and why they suffer (emotionally/mentally). I've even played some episodes for our boys and it's hit home for them too (youngest is 13).
Books are stupid
I can communicate with animals if they allow me to. They are on a way higher level than most people. Sometimes animals get sick because they take on our ailments. When we are good, sound body and mind, so are they. ❤
I love these lessons.
I practice communicating with my dog. I talk to him all the time, and so far the results I've managed to get seemed to make us closer than ever. They are sentient beings, just like we are.

Wait! 50 years ago I was 18, and I was evolved spiritually enough to realize there HAD to be life on other planets!!! My contention was that we’d have to be pretty conceited to think we were the only ones here.
I had already had a spiritual awakening and was studying Emerson and Whitman.
I was evolved enough and later witnessed what could only have been UFO/s in the night sky Hudson valley of NY - a hotspot of sightings
50 years ago the 1st wave of Indigo children were here. There were quite a few people who understood that we weren't alone in the universe. Plus certain military personel who had been dealimg ewith ETs up close n personal. But since the 2012 Stellar Activation from the sun, millions of souls began to suddenly awaken to who they are and why they came here,... then more and more and more woke up over the years. 2020 triggered another mass of awakenings. Yes, we've come a long way now.

My first kundalini experience was intense. During a detoxification treatment, a chakra gate opened and it rose up in my head and for a few seconds I only saw blackness, I broke out in a sweat from the detoxification and my arms started to vibrate as if 100.000 volts were running through my arms . it was indescribably beautiful and frightening at the same time.
I'm glad Aaron talked about the dangers of kundalini awakening without preparation. It can cause harm if you're not prepared to handle these energies. Theres way too many untrained youtube gurus that people are blindly following who are distorting yogic practices. Yoga is a science, it's not about dominance or elitism - a guru takes responsibility for their disciples spiritual progress and guide them step by step so no harm is caused. If you think about it like going to a gym, you can't watch videos on workouts and suddenly try and lift 100kg because you saw someone else did it. You have to train slowly and steadily and work your way up - if you rush, them you'll hurt yourself.

I'm training to *become a flight attendant, studying really hard because the training is 8 weeks and INTENSE and I'm loving destressing by watching your videos...they bring me* peace and to continue to study with calmness.
This is the only other time I’ve heard someone describe a 2-week long blissed out oneness experience like I had. And then the slow descent back into the separateness and suffering. I unfortunately turned to alcohol to try to feel connection again which obviously doesn’t work 🤪 It only lowered my frequency. But I was too young to know better. It definitely sets you on a spiritual path regardless because even though that high vibration “wore off” you can’t unlearn that we are all connected by a source of energy that is unconditional pure love 💖 But, wow, it sure sucked back then going back to the real world where no one relates to you. I learned so much in this chat. Thank you both!

I love that you had Aaron as a guest, he is extremely good at explaining spiritual concepts 😊 i was told by guides that Kundalini rising is preincarnative choice as a program. It makes sense to me, as we do plan major events for physical experience. It's also possible to plan for this event , but use free will to not prep yourself for it, such as not let yourself be exposed to certain books, teachings, etc. In that case Kundalini rising could be even deadly or definitely very dramatic. But it doesn't have to be, like in my case it was relatively painless, i had some heavy symptoms only when it got to my third eye. And no, it doesn't make you permanently enlightened, lol. ❤

He is absolutely right. That's why you are supposed to only do this type of yogic meditation with someone experienced as a guide traditionally with a real Yogi. I've been through a Kundalini awakening on my own by myself. I wasn't expecting it, or for it to be anything like what I experienced. I was blindsided by it, and had no idea what was going on at first, because it occurred a few days after a meditation, while I was at work, at a hospital. I had to walk downstairs, across the street and go under a bridge because I thought I was losing it. I'm a very stable grounded person and it was intense to say the least. Almost completely overwhelming,. It's very hard to describe unless you experience it. For me it was like feeling every emotion and every trauma I've ever had in my entire life all coming to the surface and flowing out of my consciousness and through my crown chakra at the same time. Please use a guide. Or at least take the warnings seriously His descriptions are very accurate.

Yes! Meditation keeps me connected so that even when situations come up that would normally cause stress, I am now able to see the light and remember who I am. Meditation helps me live life consciously and feel the “oneness” which is where the blissful feeling comes from ❤

In recent years I've been equally interested in spiritual awakening stories and discoveries in quantum physics and cosmology. In the Theory of One these two seemingly disparate areas of study seem to fit together in a way that makes sense to me. A lot to digest...

I think Aaron could learn from the videos of animals rescuing each other and raising the young of other species. Turtles for example, when another turtle gets tipped upside down, they all get together to put it the right way up. Look at starlings murmuration, flying as one, geese migrating and switching positions so the ones at the front exchange with others to share the strain. I have been told very clearly that my pets are here as Teachers and in particular to teach “unconditional love”.
My pets are fantastic at bringing up my guilt and sadness when they die. I would not be in a place where I chose to watch this video without my Pets and the ones I rescue. Look at the animals sacrificed in Laboratories and Abattoirs that incarnate to wake us up to cruelty. Namaste 🙏💜🐶😻💜🙏

We recognize the system is broken. Corruption etc.. The damage to the Earth. Systems created to help people fail to and many slip through the cracks. Speaking for myself I am just trying to be a better person and handle my issues better.
You are absolutely right brother, see i found myself in the middle of my country around people who have never talked about this awakening stuff, just like Aaron i find out myself reaching out from my belief, leaving my lifelong christianity, im still surrounded in this Christian community and family but instead of feeling absurd of such awakening i now believe that i was one of among those people on this huge wave of spiritual awakening that happening in the world right now, and i know that another wave of awakening would come in a blink of an eye, but also at some point i know this awakening came with responsibility, like this is what we must do, and contribute to people and enviroment around us, because this awakening does not simply come for no reason, this awakening came because we're ready and of course we will gradually find out ourselve become a teacher , a motivator etc, it expands from that and it is very wonderful life to live on from moment to moment..

The discussion in the last 5 minutes was great at showing the fault in strict religion. There are some people who ignore the nonsensical parts of their religion and defend it strongly just because they don't want to admit that they might have devoted their lives to believing something nonsensical. It's definitely something ego driven and doesn't have to do with spirituality at all. Some even angrily demand that others convert to whatever their religion is, which is just so ridiculous and contradictory
I know I was, and others still are, in the place of being herded by belief in church dogma. Now I’m angry 😂 at all I was spoon fed. … I’ll get over it😂. But back then I was sincere in my belief, and it was a very long stage. Now I’m excited for what’s next. I’m still searching but inwardly, and even that with guidance. ☮️

According to the poet, the “dark night of the soul” is synonymous with traveling the “narrow way” that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 7:13-14. Joe Dispenza also talks about that Dark Night, lol. . . .
