    Us there any method to decided how many stitches for each sleeves, fir example: the % of the total collar stitches?

      Hi,
      it's better to use the body measurements and your gauge to decide. If the chest is the 100% the cuff is about 20_25% the upper arm is about 35-40% and the neck opening about 40% . Not all people have the same body so it's better to know the body measurements. If you don't then please follow a size chart.

      You take away eight stitches for the raglan rows.
      You use one third of your stitches for the front, one third for the back and one third for both of the sleeves (so you divide these stitches by two). Then you take a few stiches from the back part and you add them to the front part (as many as you the number of your short rows). I hope this helps.
