Hi Gary. I appreciate all of your videos. I have one of these we are stumped on. We have rebuilt many of these 6T70s, but this one is fighting hard. Transmission shifts great when cold, when warmed up it slips, like shakes the whole car in Reverse under a load, first, second, third and possibly 4th and 5th as well. If you are light on throttle it shifts ok. Have had it apart two times and cannot find anything sticking it's head out. Picked through valve body, checked bushings.. I appreciate any advice provided and thank you again for creating these videos.

Where do you find parts for this trans? I have one in my 16' Impala Limited LT with the LFX 3.6 v6 and it has been throwing code p0989, which seems like the solenoid switch seals but I cannot seem to find a kit of just the seals online. What's the best way for a person to find a reliable source of parts for these, especially considering you said there are 5 different TEHCMs.

I had my 6t70 working for a few weeks
I put the old TCM back in and it turned out it was actually the wiring harness going to the TCM that was causing the problem.
So I fixed all those 12+ wires and got it all working for a few weeks.
Then the other day I got out of the car with park engaged to pop the trunk.
Closed the trunk got back in the car put it in drive before I stepped on the gas I looked down at the PRNDL selector to make sure I was in D.
The thing indicated R instead. I pushed back on the gear shifter all the way thinking that if it was in R it would slip in to drive when is usually the case when pushing all the back on the shifter.
So in fact the shifter was in D but the indicator showed R.
I put the car back in to park leaving the engine running.
I shifted back in to drive but the indicator remained in R.
Did it a few more times but the shift indicator remained in R the whole time.
I turned the engine off, then tried to turn it back on but the car wouldnt start.
I had to have the car towed home.
The tranny thinks it is in R but when I bypass the shift interlock the car will shift although the shifter feels like it is a little limp, it seems as if something isnt energized or something.
    Any ideas?
